About
From the creators of Solasta: Crown of the Magister comes another intriguing tactical RPG faithful to the world's most popular TTRPG's ruleset.

Create and guide your party of 4 adventurers as they head to the faraway continent of Neokos in a quest driven by their family legacy. In the face of the threat by the ancient and enigmatic Shadwyn, what choices will you make to push back the impending tide of corruption?
Solasta II is a grand sequel to Solasta: Crown of the Magister, a much beloved Tactical RPG known for its faithfulness to the Tabletop experience. Decades after defeating the Sorak menace, a new flegdling party of heroes travels to distant lands in search for redemption.

Solasta II remains true to its promise to deliver gameplay based on the world's most popular TTRPG. Prepare your spells, land that sneak attack, smite this monster - bathe in the familiarity of your Tabletop experience.
But that's not all Solasta II will have to offer. This new opus will also allow you to freely roam the lands of Neokos, to explore and uncover the map as you will. Whether you stick to familiar roads, or head off into the wilderness... The choice is yours. Just be careful - because as we've always said...
You make the choices, dice decide your destiny.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Oczekujesz zabawy rodem z BG? Nie kupuj tego gówna.
very smooth game , run well . good game play worth to play it! the character creations.: looks confuse to use it and all my characters look like Asian woman when i trying to create a Men the random creator bottom should stay with Men or Female , no that ♥♥♥♥ of " no Gender " Hope they fix it
Having played Solasta 1 as a 'Newbie' to this genre, I have really enjoyed Solasta 2 EA. Once I sorted the Proton layer in STEAM, so I could get the game to play in Linux (9.0-4 I think), it's been rock solid. Had a few glitches (e.g. an NPC or a party member getting stuck and unable to progress), but a restart fixed it. The world map progress is much better, but repeatedly failing skill checks for 'random encounters' because no one in the party has the necessary (and so not experiencing those encounters) is a little disappointing. Looking forward to future updates - hopefully, by the time the full game comes out, I'll have a pretty good idea of what I'm suposed to be doing LOL. Rated 8/10 so far.
Not happy with Solasta II (at this point) because there are very very very few races, classes, and any other options to make a fun character. Pac-Man has more character choices then Solasta II. I highly recommend that everyone hold off buying this game until Tactical Adventures decide to offer at least 10 times more character options. At this point, it appears they are intentionally keeping options limited so they can offer DLC's with more races so they can squeeze players for every dollar possible. If they only asked $5.00 for the current game, I would have recommend getting the game.
For anyone wondering, I am only giving this game a positive review because I liked Solasta 1 and I believe the sequel will improve over time. That said, it is NOT playable in its current state and I wouldn't recommend anyone buy it just yet. You're basically paying to playtest an unfinished game. However, giving a negative review at this time would kind of just feel foolish since I am sure they will fix many of the issues I am about to bring up. So anyways, here are my negative complaints in no particular order: -the game tells you that the most appropriate character will make the skill check, but that is not true. In dialogue, the currently selected character does it. So if you're leading with your tank or high perception character, they end up making all the dialogue checks even if they have low charisma. -the opening narrative section is kinda dull and feels like a railroad. You don't really choose anything, just kinda watch other NPC react. When you do get a choice, the games kills you if you say the wrong thing. Then you see a wounded a guy and the quest jounral says "find help for him". Ok, well, I have healers in my party. Can any of them do it? Of course not. -low level 5e combat is extremely boring. I think they should start the game at a higher level because realistically until you're level 3 or higher you don't have a "build" yet, and subclasses are what make most of this system interesting. Until then every turn is "attack, pass turn". -as a sidenote to the above, I really wish they didn't use the RAW SRD ruleset. There are so many dumb things in it that really bring the worst of 5e to the forefront. -there seems to be poor balance. Right outside of the main city, I am already encountering monsters with 40+ hit points that can heal themselves every turn despite being only level 2 or so at this point. -here's the big one: the graphics and facial animations. They need a lot of work, they're giving uncanny valley right now and kind of look like food fight. Plus, there is a lot of clipping with character models, hair bugs, and everything has that shiny, greasy look to it. Here's the good, in no particular order: +I like that they are committing to an open world but don't seem to be leaving the narrative by the wayside. I'm optimistic they can combine the open-ended nature of the Lost Valley campaign from Solasta 1 with the more fleshed out story of Crown of the Magister. +The visuals, aside from characters and a few things like water, are beautiful. I'm talking about the physical map layout here, but also things like armor, weapons, architecture, etc. There is a distinct visual style where the elves of the city have this kind of tropical/Mediterranean/greek aesthetic. Its very creative compared to most fantasy settings which rely on Northern European tropes. +I do like the story set up, writing, voice acting, and characters. They have this system where you chose personalities for the main 4 characters and also "family roles" like golden child or scapegoat, and that combination basically determines what you say in dialogue. Its not as interactive as a traditional system like BG3 where you are one character and get to decide every single dialogue option, but it works for what they're trying to do. +The lore of their homebrew world seems to be as interesting as the original and perhaps promises to even be more fleshed out in some ways.
This game by all accounts has no reason to be running so poorly on my mid range PC compared to a game like BG3. Yes it's a smaller team and it's early access but once I hit the first in game scene with all the fire and the god rays not even the lowest settings was anything better than a slideshow, and for some reason it automatically detected me as best settings. Something is either in dire of need of fixing or I am in dire need of a supercomputer to play this game.
Story & Setting The family approach is a breath of fresh air. Yes, I've seen complaints about the "family setting" compared to the classic "four strangers meet in a tavern" trope, but I find it enormously interesting that your party has shared history before the adventure begins, and a role in the family, It works brilliantly. If you prefer making up your own backstories, I understand the disappointment, but personally I appreciate them trying something new. Combat It's tactical, faithful to the rules, and genuinely challenging even when you know what you're doing. Much harder and better balanced than any other games of the dnd nature such as like Baldurs Gate 3. Just like Solasta 1 was. It is more comparable to Divinity Original Sin 2 for challenge value. What's Missing (But Coming) The game desperately needs more classes like Druid, Warlock, and Bard. And most importantly, co-op/multiplayer. These are on the roadmap, but their absence is felt. Bugs I've only hit one major bug: when my Fighter 1/Wizard 3 took their second Wizard level, all stats rerolled to what I assume were standard Wizard stats. Strength dropped from 16 to 10, and everything else got scrambled too. Annoying, but hopefully fixable. Conclusion for Early Access Highly enjoyable Early Access experience. Combat is top-tier, story is refreshing, and the foundation is solid. Looking forward to seeing how it develops.
