I'm loving this great puzzle game so far, definitely worth a buy!
Nothing like going from "Am I disabled? I must be disabled" to "Oh I was just overthinking it". It's charming, fun and challenging. Perfect for puzzle enthusiasts and anyone looking to practice those problem solving skills. 5/5
Simple, but engaging puzzle game. Having played (and beaten) the "classic" SokoChess before, this game posed a challenge for me, even though I was already familiar with the basic mechanics. And with the addition of some new ones as well, SokoChess White was a gripping experience all the way through.
An awesome game with very good instrumental music setting you in the vibe to solve some puzzles. There's nothing too fancy with the graphics, but it suits properly with everything else. It's missing a level editor and a way to share levels with friends. You can complete the game by beating most of the levels rather quickly, but there are some levels that you may need to spend some time thinking about. Fortunately, if you can't beat a level you can still progress in the game. Sokochess was my favourite Daisy Games puzzle game but there might be a successor to the throne! Daisy's long been one of my favourite puzzle designers - he's an absolute expert at creating Mario-like learning curves and innovative mechanics. Sokochess White is top shelf. Sokochess is a challenging chess-based puzzle game. Simple to pick up, smooth learning curve, clean UI and all the modcons. Impressive array of mechanics and well-designed levels. A favourite! Gotta say, I didn't expect a mix of Sokoban and Chess to work out this well but it really does. Not only does it make sense from the way each chess piece moves on a board, the mechanics from Sokoban make for some really interesting and clever puzzles, some of which took me quite a while to figure out. There isn't any pressure in finishing it though as one can take their time as the levels unlock in chunks, each with their own starting jingle which was a nice touch. In fact the whole presentation aspect did its job quite well. It isn't perfect though, there is a certain bug in the levels that include the freezing mechanic where after undoing a move that involves freezing a piece, it may stay frozen and in order to recover it you may have to restart the level. There were just a few instances where that was an actual hindrance, but it's still a bug that should be fixed. Other than that, for its price and proposal it's quite worth the try. Bonus points for being a Godot representative.
If you haven't played a DaisyGames game before and you like puzzle games, you've been missing out. SokoChess is an absolute pleasure to play. A well crafted and satisfying game that takes some dusty old chess pieces and gives them a new life in a new world with new rules. The puzzles gracefully walk the line between too easy and too hard, making finding a solution always feel achievable but never obvious and it introduces new mechanics at a nice pace to keep things fresh. An absolute must try for anyone who enjoys puzzles, especially at that price!

A very relaxing puzzle game that does not punish the player's mistakes but instead allows to take a step back and try again. For anyone who is looking for a challenge, this is the game. For me, levels 4 and 5 were quite brain-melting, but once I defeated them, something clicked in my head and enjoyed the following ones very much.
Very challenging puzzle game. Colorful and the sound effects are quite snappy, which makes solving the puzzles quite satisfying.
