Very fun! Just wish it had a little more content! :D
Played On: HTC Vive
In Snow Games, players are tasked with crafting snowballs and throwing them at various targets, all while either dodging or blocking incoming snowballs. There are two game modes, Arcade and Score Attack, which only differ slightly. In Arcade mode, each hit that's taken from an incoming snowball reduces the health bar, while in Score Attack gamers need to get as many points as possible in the allotted timeframe. The title is underwhelming to say the least, and that's not even due to there only being one basic game with two different modes. The controls are absolutely awful, even though all you do is hold down the trigger buttons to make snowballs and then throw them. Even using all of my strength, I was hard pressed to land a snowball any further than the second row of targets. The game is coded so poorly that the achievements unlock regardless if you've met their prerequisites. A genuinely boring and crudely crafted title, Snow Games isn't even worth the free download. Newcomers to VR should avidly avoid this game, lest acquiring a bad taste for the medium right off the bat. If the developer had shown any care about their product and polished it up a bit, it could be a bit of fun for kids and families; albeit not much, and not for long. It seems as though this game has been abandoned, having been released nearly a year ago with no updates at all.
Rating: 0.5/5.0 - Abysmal, avoid it like the plague.
The VR Network Curator | Group Click for More

I tried Snow Games VR expecting a cute little winter novelty and, yeah, for what it is, it delivers. Standing in VR, making snowballs, and getting into snowball fights with moving snowmen in a snowy field hits a kind of charming simplicity that’s rare. The sense of presence is nice: you really feel the throw, the arc, the moment when a target pops. It is not deep, and it does not try to be. There are two modes: Score Attack, where you have got 60 seconds and you try to hit targets while dodging snow, and Arcade, which is more about survival take too many snowballs to the face and it’s game over. For a few rounds to relax or for VR newcomers, that is enough. Just do not expect long campaigns or evolving mechanics. If you are into achievements, there are 7 of them on Steam. They are simple score milestones, survival time, maybe precision throws. Nothing wildly obscure, which is nice. You can unlock most naturally just by messing around. If you want a quick, light VR game that is easy to jump into and good for short sessions Snow Games VR is solid. It won’t blow your mind, but it might bring you a few smiles and give you some easy achievements to pop.
Snow Games VR is a free single-player Virtual Reality snowball fight in a winter wonderland. Make and throw snowballs to hit targets, while under attack from the ever moving enemy snowmen. It worked on my HTC Vive and Index system, looked ok, played ok, sounded ok. Maybe the snowballs are missing weight, take more work to throw them. Could have long play value. CONS: Index controller models are reversed Try it, you might like it.
Not working with Meta Quest 2.
Yes.
The game is very small. Fun but throwing snowballs is in VR harder than in real life. You'd think a virtual environment would make it easier. It's fun for like half an hour. Trying to get a highscore doesn't much since the game doesnt have much to it to come back for. It's free so whatever, right? I feel a bit mixed about it. But I give it a negative because of mentioned before, There's not much to do except for throwing badly programmed snowballs.
Snow Games VR, bir kış harikalar diyarında tek oyunculu bir Sanal Gerçeklik kartopu savaşıdır. Sürekli hareket eden düşman kardan adamlarının saldırısı altındayken hedefleri vurmak için kartopu yapın ve atın.
