Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
13 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 18.67/day in the week to Aug 4 → 29.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

13 on sale2 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 2 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 12: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 13 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Nice Fighting, Nice Gameplay, Nice Open World. Very GOOD GAME
Sleeping Dogs is a 2012 game that is unfortunately a little 'under the radar' compared to a lot of other open world crime/action types of games like Grand Theft Auto and surprisingly easy to miss compared to a lot of the other games from that generation of gaming between the Xbox 360/PS3 and Xbox one/PS4 generation consoles. Personally speaking I had a very good experience while playing Sleeping Dogs. There's excellent combat with fun takedowns, good gameplay, driving with nice drifting feel, and a story that was enjoyable, fun and engaging and kept my interest until the exellent ending. Sleeping Dogs lets you explore and drive around Hong Kong, Which I found to be a fun world location rather than a lot of the typical open world cities (Los Angeles, New York, etc.) featured in other games. I completed the main story and both the 'Nightmare on North Point' and 'Year of the Snake' DLC stories afterwards. It's all a good experience that I'd still recommend playing as well since they are included in the Definitive Edition of the game (the best way to experience Sleeping Dogs imo) I'd definitely want to revisit this game in the future for a second playthrough. Highly recommended.
Watch Dogs, Sleeping Dogs… ¿cuál falta?
People likes to compare this game to GTA. As someone whose open world experience is mostly from Rockstar games, this game is very different from GTA, seeing as it wasnt even trying to be one. Gameplay wise the game is really good and fun to play. Rather than it feeling similar to GTA, it felt more like a combination of Bully and The Warriors, which both games i really love. That said, the driving in this game for me isnt the best because of how the cars handle. But to be fair, maybe its because im just used to GTA's driving physics. There are a few gripes i have with this game, one of them is that i felt as if they couldve stretch out the last bit of the story just a little more, felt as if it ended too quickly. The ending does feel quite solid, because of all the loose ends being tied up nicely, its just that i feel like there couldve been more to it. Another thing they couldve done better is the girlfriends, you only went on one sidequest with all of them, and nothing else after that, not even a hangout. And lastly is the physics in this game, i mean it sometime is just funny to see the ragdoll, but it definitely couldve been improved. Overall id say this game is a solid 9/10. The story definitely isnt something to be impressed of, but it has a really fun gameplay mechanics that you wont find in any GTA game, such as the combo melee combat system and an XP system gained from finishing missions to upgrade your skill tree. The gunplay is also quite fun, even though it is very lacking at the beginning of the game, but you get more towards the end. Definitely an underrated game being overshadowed by GTA, even though as ive said that it is very much different when in comparison. Wasnt a huge fan at first but quickly fell in love with the game after a while. This game is definitely worth the time.
Better than GTA V Also has a really fun 100%
