Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
13 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 18.67/day in the week to Aug 4 → 29.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition is proof that an open-world, free-roaming game doesn't need a massive map to deliver maximum excitement. United Front Games successfully crafted a fictionalized Hong Kong that, while relatively compact, feels incredibly dense, intimate, and alive. From every street corner and bustling night market to the glow of neon lights, the game builds an authentic, immersive criminal atmosphere that perfectly complements Wei Shen’s deep-cover story within the Triad organization. The game's legendary status stems largely from its exceptional melee combat mechanics. By blending brutal Kung Fu with a counter-attack system reminiscent of the Batman: Arkham series—alongside interactive environmental takedowns—every brawl feels immensely satisfying. To this day, few modern open-world games can match the quality and depth of the adrenaline-fueled combat found here. As the Definitive Edition, this package is comprehensive, featuring all 24 pieces of DLC, enhanced visuals, and improved audio. Although vehicle handling feels a bit stiff and the shooting mechanics are fairly standard, the game remains highly recommended for anyone on Steam. It is an underrated masterpiece and a must-play title, offering a cinematic martial arts action experience unlike anything else in the open-world genre.

13 on sale2 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 2 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 12: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 13 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

This game still holds up surprisingly well for something that originally came out in 2012. The story was entertaining from beginning to end, Wei Shen was a great protagonist, and the characters were memorable enough that I honestly wish the game had spent even more time developing some of them. The combat was probably one of my favorite parts. Hand to hand fighting feels satisfying, driving around Hong Kong is fun, and the overall presentation has aged pretty well. The open world itself is where things feel a little more dated. There's plenty of side content scattered around the map, but most of it feels like something you do for extra XP, upgrades, or money rather than meaningful stories or quests. I ended up treating it more like a linear story driven game with an open world attached to it. Overall it's a good game that still holds up remarkably well over a decade later. I enjoyed my time with it, and while I wish there was a little more depth to the world and characters, what's here is absolutely worth playing.
amazing game desperatly deserves seqeul

对了,卡拉OK里竟然还有我最爱的《All Out of Love》,直接疯狂加分!
