Slay the Princess — The Pristine Cut

as im dyslexic im not great with processing words and reading but love games with lots of text too and despite that i love reading. the dyslexic accessibility really means a lot to me and it shows the devs really care, i know its small fix but it means a lot. the voice acting is superb too, i love it soooo much. this games is excellent visual novel, its twined between many themes but i have great love for the love and horror aspects. the art is amazing, breath taking too and the way the screening moves with mouse is nice touch. im bit emotional so maybe it will be diffrent for you but i cryed a few times. the story is tragic and it captivates me, it seams simplistic but bring deep depth and is anything from simplistic the more you learn the more that true depth appears. i will be watching some lore vids after this. if any of the devs see this thank you for bringing something like this into life and to have the pleasure to have experienced.

Amazing game. Don't hesitate - it's worth it.

I haven't done an in depth playthrough of this game or tried to get many endings, so my review isn't as reliable as some others might be. This game is similar to games such as Undertale, In Stars and Time or Oneshot: it's got that theme of "the characters are aware of certain mechanics in the game that regular characters aren't aware of." The plot is quite simple as well: do as you're told and Slay The Princess, or don't. It's up to you. This next thing isn't exactly a downside, it's just part of my experience: I REALLY didn't understand the ending. That's probably just a skill issue on my part, but still. I am quite sure it did kind of explain what was happening, and I did have a concept of what was going on, but I just didn't get it. Overall, this is a very nice game. The art is beautiful, the concept is interesting, and it has complex themes. I would definitely recommend.

The art is amazing. The story is amazing. The game is amazing. It's best that you know as little as possible before playing! The mystery is half the fun.
