The Game is Fantastic! Growing up playing C&C Red Alert and Tiberian Sun with my Dad! Its a lot of fun and i enjoy all factions including the aliens but i call them bugs! Keep up the great work!
Will try again at some point, but can't even get 60fps on lowest settings (generally got around 40) Edit: Tried again, at the devs advice, I made sure my drivers are updated etc. still barely getting 40fps on low graphics settings with an fps cap of 100. I really like the concept but as soon as I went into combat it was unplayable. Have requested refund, and will try again once optimisation improves
While this game is still unfinished, the devs are showing true commitment to making it a game that deserves buying it at full price, recently publishing updates that make the human factions more interesting and greatly improving the movement AI in command mode. Looking forward to upcoming improvements! Until then, I'm still gonna be playing this unpolished, unique gem
I really like this game. The concept is unique because you can both command an army and jump into the battlefield in first-person. It has a lot of potential, and I’d love to help support it by sharing it with others. Here are a few suggestions that I think could make the game even better: * Improve the Commander View: The commander camera feels too zoomed out. It would be much easier to manage troops if the view was closer, similar to games like Red Alert or Company of Heroes, where you can clearly see your units and the battlefield. * Organize Units into Squads: Instead of controlling individual soldiers, make infantry operate as squads. It feels more realistic, makes issuing orders easier, and creates better battlefield tactics. * Automatic Cover System: When ordered to move or engage enemies, squads should automatically use nearby rocks, walls, trenches, or other objects as cover whenever possible. This would make firefights feel much more tactical. * Bug Swarm Behavior: Bug units should also move and attack in swarms instead of acting individually. When given an attack order, they should naturally rush and overwhelm enemy squads, which fits their playstyle much better. * AI Second-in-Command: Since players can leave the command screen and fight in first-person, it would be great to have an AI executive officer or second-in-command that continues managing the army while the commander is on the battlefield. * Defensive Garrisons: Allow defensive structures such as watchtowers, bunkers, or other buildings to be occupied by friendly units. Garrisoned troops could provide better protection, stronger defensive positions, and make base defense more strategic. Overall, I think this game already has an amazing foundation. With improvements like these, it could become one of the most unique RTS/FPS hybrid games out there. I’m excited to see how it develops and I’ll definitely be recommending it to others.
potential is there. Interesting approach
