The gameplay is interesting and fun, but obstructed by obtuse futuristic-sounding names for things. Buildings and units in core Civ titles work and are intuitive because we can guess what buildings will do by their names. This game suffers in this regard because almost nothing is immediately recognizable. That could be overlooked... if the UI wasnt complete dog water. Legitimately the most infuriating UXUI experience of my gaming career (and I've played Halo Infinite).
Without a doubt the worst civ game ever made. No personality whatso ever, just a waste of time and money. I almost want to buy it twice just to put more negative reviews on this abomination in the series.
the worst civ i've had the displeasure to play
It's nice....it's okay...it's a worse Alpha Centauri in a Civ 5 Style. Play Alpha Centauri instead of this.
It's a better game than Civ7.
It's not their strongest entry in the franchise but it's very enjoyable !
Pretty terrible for a civ game. like 3/10. Very little information feedback when playing. Its very probable you will click something by accident. You were looking for more information and you set upon a chain of events that can not be reversed. and all you were trying to do was get more information. Avoid
