at least it is not early access game but still, it is simple and game with so little content, Played a lot of simulators lately, price tags of these games close to each other but they're all same in the end some of them adds content, some of them left to rot with no updates or content basicly became scam to me. This is new interesting looking but in the end when you get into it you first realize, there is ads in the game promoting other games, even tho they have added option to remove ads even if you set it to remove ads, it doesn't actually removes em... Mouse sensivity is to slow, when you try to make it faster in options it doesn't also work, i tried many options (even tho there is so little choice) nothing changes... Game with ads, bad options section, bad designed UI, trying to join friends server makes you enter code that is takes time to do so you enter 6 digit padlock style -_- Game music straight up earrape. You can talk in the game with 'F2' and if you press 'F3' it makes your mic yell mode which you can earrape each other with friends (which i did) This game feels troll and random to me, even in game mission for you to contunie the game wants you to buy TV (which is decorative & gives you slow income as well) is basicly more ad put inside your game which is anoying asf. gameplay is lame, game is lame, options are lame, music lame, everything inside the game you can use free or get em inside game engine no work been done in this game everything is so simple even 3$ is to much for it. I don't recommend this game at all try other Market Simulators which gives you more stuff and more complete for same price tag.
Neustarten.
Shop Simulator is a hands-on retail management simulation developed and published by Three River Games (3RG) that leans into the everyday realities of running a shop while keeping its systems approachable and sandbox-friendly. Rather than framing progression through scripted story beats, the game invites players to learn by doing: laying out a store, choosing what to sell, setting prices, and reacting to customer behavior as it emerges. The result is an experience that feels practical and iterative, where success grows organically from small, sensible decisions made over time. The experience typically begins with a modest space and limited inventory, immediately putting emphasis on fundamentals. Players decide how to arrange shelves and checkout counters, which products to stock first, and how to price them to balance foot traffic with profit. These early hours establish the game’s core rhythm—observe demand, restock intelligently, tweak prices, and refine layout—without overwhelming players with complexity. The sense of ownership over the shop’s look and flow is strong, and even minor layout changes can noticeably affect customer movement and sales efficiency. Inventory management is the backbone of Shop Simulator. Keeping shelves filled, anticipating demand spikes, and avoiding dead stock are ongoing concerns that shape daily play. Pricing is equally consequential; small adjustments can influence customer satisfaction and purchasing behavior, encouraging players to pay attention to sales data rather than guessing. Over time, the game gently introduces additional layers—new product categories, storage considerations, and supplier decisions—expanding the scope while keeping the underlying logic consistent and readable. As the shop grows, staffing becomes an important inflection point. Hiring employees to handle tasks like restocking and cashier work frees the player to focus on higher-level decisions, but it also introduces new costs and management considerations. Balancing payroll against efficiency becomes another small but meaningful puzzle, especially as customer volume increases. Expansion options further reinforce long-term planning, letting players grow from a small shop into a larger supermarket operation with more aisles, products, and checkout capacity. One of the title’s standout features is cooperative play, which allows friends to manage the same store together. Co-op shifts the tone from solitary optimization to collaborative problem-solving, as players naturally divide responsibilities—one managing inventory and pricing, another handling layout or customer flow. This mode adds replay value and turns routine tasks into social moments, making the game feel livelier and more dynamic than a strictly single-player simulation. Visually, Shop Simulator opts for clarity over realism. The clean 3D presentation makes products, shelves, and customers easy to identify during busy periods, supporting smooth moment-to-moment management. While the art style is functional rather than striking, it complements the game’s focus on systems and readability. Performance can dip as stores become heavily populated, and some interactions—such as walking distances between stock areas and registers—can feel repetitive, but these issues rarely derail the core loop. In terms of depth, the game strikes a middle ground. It offers enough interconnected systems to feel like a genuine management challenge without venturing into the intimidating territory of hardcore simulations. That said, players looking for deep economic modeling, narrative scenarios, or dramatic market events may find the experience somewhat restrained. Variety in products and customer behavior is serviceable rather than expansive, and the game’s longevity depends largely on how much satisfaction players find in incremental optimization and creative layout design. Overall, Shop Simulator succeeds by delivering a grounded, accessible take on retail management that rewards thoughtful planning and steady refinement. Its strengths lie in the tactile satisfaction of running a store—seeing shelves fill, customers flow through aisles, and profits rise as decisions start to pay off. While there is room for greater variety and polish, the core loop is engaging and flexible, especially when experienced in co-op. For players who enjoy simulation games focused on everyday systems and gradual growth, Shop Simulator offers a solid and quietly addictive entrepreneurial sandbox. Rating: 7/10
Shop Simulator is, in my opinion, a perfectly okay game. Not amazing, not terrible—just okay. It sits firmly in the middle of the road, which makes it a surprisingly difficult game to review. There isn't anything particularly wrong with it, but there also isn't much that stands out or leaves a lasting impression. The core gameplay works well enough and does what it sets out to do. Managing your shop, handling customers, and gradually progressing through the game's systems can be enjoyable for a while. However, throughout my time playing, I couldn't shake the feeling that I had already experienced this exact concept elsewhere. The game borrows heavily from other titles in the simulation genre, and while inspiration is normal, Shop Simulator never really manages to establish its own identity. Instead, it feels like a collection of ideas that have already been done before, often by games that execute them in a more engaging or polished way. That doesn't necessarily make it a bad game. In fact, there are definitely much worse games available. The mechanics function as intended, the gameplay loop is reasonably satisfying, and there are moments where the progression feels rewarding. The problem is that there are also a huge number of simulation games that offer more depth, more variety, or simply a more memorable experience. Because of that, Shop Simulator struggles to stand out in an already crowded genre. One thing I can say in the game's favor is that it is fairly accessible. If you're someone who enjoys management and simulation games and you're looking for something simple to pass the time, you may very well have more fun with it than I did. My experience was largely neutral, but I can easily see how other players could become invested in growing their virtual business and optimizing their store. A lot of enjoyment will likely come down to how much you already enjoy this type of gameplay. As for whether I would recommend it, that's where things become difficult. I can't honestly say "yes" because the game never impressed me enough to actively suggest it to others. At the same time, I can't really say "no" either because there isn't anything fundamentally broken or frustrating about it. It falls into a strange gray area where I don't regret playing it, but I also wouldn't go out of my way to encourage someone else to buy it. When it comes to value for money, the game is reasonably priced for what it offers. If the concept appeals to you and you're a fan of simulation titles, there's a decent chance you'll get enough entertainment out of it to justify the cost. For me personally, however, it was simply an average experience that didn't leave much of an impact. Overall, Shop Simulator is a competent but forgettable game. It does enough to be enjoyable, but not enough to be memorable. Some players will likely have a great time with it, while others, like me, may walk away feeling largely indifferent. It's not a game I'd actively recommend, but it's also not one I'd tell people to avoid. In the end, it's simply okay—and sometimes that's the most accurate review you can give.
