A decent challenge with some nice art. It's on the short side, but the NG+ offering increases the challenge and shows you the complete endings.
The nice things I can say are that I love the art style, the premise and a lot of the rooms (from the ones I've seen) look nice. Apart from that, this game doesn't get a passing grade.

Standard attack is slow and has an extremely short range
Movement is tediously slow
There is no map (in a Metroidvania??)
Enemy placement is occasionally unfair (there are rooms where you will get hurt if you enter from a certain side)
Some enemies are frustratingly difficult to fight
There are enemies that are completely invisible and you will only notice them once they hurt you (wtf?)
Some enemies just get to ignore the stamina/stun mechanic
Save points are too far apart (and there is no auto-save as far as I can tell) which makes dying very frustrating
It's just frustrating and not enjoyable to play. I want to experience more of the story and learn more about the world, but I'm not sure if I can bring myself to play more of this. This might make me sound like a d*ck, but I honestly do not understand why this game has so many positive reviews. What I will say, though, is that there's a lot of potential here and I'll take a look at their next game.
Boring, Clunky Movement, Mediocre Post Apocalyptic Art Style, etc. Refunded.
Complaints about a lack of map probably come from those with zero spatial awareness, the world is compact and easy to navigate if you're paying even the least bit of attention -- it's barely a metroidesque game there's not a ton of areas locked behind new abilities where you have to remember the green locked door 3 hours later, it's more of a short survival horror experience where you ration out ammo and health between save points. Charming for what it is, looking forward to more from this dev.
Sim, o jogo vale a pena

A pretty good, mini-metroidvania. There is no map, which does make it difficult sometimes remembering how to get around. It's a post-apocalypse themed game with mild horror elements. Basic ammo management is important as is scouring the map for upgrades. You do get full ammo and health at the save spots, but enemies (not bosses) come back. If that sounds soulsy it isn't. That said, the movement is very deliberate, and despite not liking how slow you move the map isn't so big it gets that annoying. There are no real gates to progress, but you do want to get max ammo and health capacity, as well as the melee weapon upgrade. Don't expect a double jump or anything. It's exploration once you get the tazer and learning enemy behaviour. I'm looking forward to the Dev's next game which, despite not much news on steam, is still being worked on apparently.
Blasphemous and metroid, but uglier, more boring and frustrating. It's been a long time since I refunded a game, I cannot comprehend how on earth this game has this many positive reviews. Everything it tries do to it does poorly, at best it's a horrible metroid game.
