Not a good game. Running around the tower of london premises looking at every nook and cranny isn't what you'd want to do in a video game.

I love Frogwares Sherlock Games and you can definitely see that they've gotten better with age, the Ukrainians are on to something, but you need to reign in your expectations if you're coming from Crime & Punishment, Devil's Daughter, Chapter One etc. This really is the bare-bones building blocks for what they would go on to develop in the future. If you can forgive that you're going to have a good time, but if not please stay away you won't have fun.

There are so many reasons i don't recommend playing this game that i don't know where to start. So my overarching recommendation to you would be to take your 2 hour evaluation period seriously (for a potential refund) List of issues: - Performance problems on larger maps (steady stuttering on the museum level for example) - Maps are way too large (Find feather on ground in a football pitch) - Lack of cohesion between puzzles (This picture has a animal in it so now go across the map and click the small corresponding animal statue) - Punishes exploration (If you search around, even in your attempt to progress, you will frequently find that items you've already looked at you can now pick up and need to go back for) Pros: - Good humour dotted out, as if the developer said "This is drier than sand paper, have a boost" - Controls are fine - Level design is genuinely beautiful Overall: The games biggest selling point has little to do with what it is marketed to be, if you like sherlock holmes, start with testament. That has its own problems, but is much more playable than this It also does depend on the player. If you are willing to make this game a mini project, have a real life detective board and notepad, you will probably have a blast. As for me, gaming stays in the game.

The birds. The birds drove me to the edge. It's going to be a long time before I try to tackle the birds again.

Прошел вслед за прошлыми частями и остался в восторге. Игра все так же хороша, но в этой части пришлось очень много думать — было много действительно трудных для меня головоломок. Единственный минус — временами чувствовал себя мальчиком на побегужках из-за того, что приходилось очень много бегать туда-сюда по локациям. Но, как и прошлые игры серии, которые я прошел, этот проект оставил приятное впечатление. Для фанатов Шерлока — отличная вещь.

Is it a Sherlock Holmes game? Looking like a cartel boss in a cartel city of wild west. Bekar street feel like hideout rather than a house. Also their have huge logical inconsistency in game. Like If The game is at 1895 setting, then is harpoon of black peter and the gun from the empty house coming from time mechine?
