Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.29/day in the week to Aug 18 → 2.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

At first i was thrown off by the way the game looked. Its visually nothing like te other sherlock games ive played. In saying this, it ended up being one of the best sherlock games ive played. The cases went deeper than i expected. The themes were more complex and totally drew me in. I was absolutely enthralled by the city design. You can tell the creators put a lot of thought into the city. Each district, street, even building, had detail and reason. I could go on about every little aspect of this game, but i would never stop. Amazing. 9.5/10
I love story games, but they do need to work properly. The game runs just fine, but I am locked in the first quest. Spoilers ahead. I've gathered the clues in the medium room. I've gone outside and found the broken heel and the honey letter. Apparently, according to a walkthrough, the guy in the garden is supposed to tell you that a maid ran away when the lady in the medium room screamed. But no matter what evidence I pinned, he just kept telling me he could not help me. I have all the evidence to get to the next stage. I know there was someone else in that garden, but I cannot get a way to ask that question to the witness. Either the trigger is broken due to a rare bug, which would be very sloppy since it is literally the first quest, or the order in which I discovered things messed the trigger up, which is simply bad game design. Sadly, I will need to refund it.

.................
Sherlock Holmes Chapter One is a good detective game, but it has several weaknesses that stop it from being a great one. Some Investigations Can Be Frustrating. for the example Sometimes clues are vague, You may not know where to go next. Certain deductions feel like educated guesses rather than logical conclusions. while the annoyingly unhelpful advice from Jon only makes these moments feel all the more frustrating. Sherlock Holmes Chapter One is a decent detective game set in an open-world that’s a bit too elementary.
IM CRINE
very boring
I'm literally Sherlock's ONLY wife and girlfriend and I say that this game is worth it. Get it on discount if needed, but if you're a Sherlock fan, PLEASE give this and The Awakened a try!!
