About
Shelves And Sorcery is a relaxing fantasy organization game about turning absolute chaos back into order.
Weapons, potions, spellbooks, fruits, vegetables, magical curiosities, and thousands of other items have been scattered throughout three fantasy shops. Pick everything up, find where it belongs, and slowly watch each shop return to the way it was meant to be.
Take your time and enjoy the satisfaction of putting everything in its place, or learn every corner of the shop and race against players around the world for the fastest time.
Choose from three shops of dramatically different sizes, each with its own setting, atmosphere, and challenge. Then return to them in four different modes, whether you want to relax, chase the fastest time, wield every bit of magic from the start, or organize without magic at all.
• Casual Mode – No timer and no pressure. Take your time, enjoy the atmosphere, and organize every shelf at your own pace.
• Timed Mode – Race against the clock and compete on the global leaderboards. Learn where every item belongs, master your Sorceries and Enchantments, perfect your route, and keep pushing for a faster time.
• Archmage Mode – Start with every Sorcery and Enchantment already unlocked. Take on the entire shop at full magical strength and see just how powerful an experienced shopkeeper can be.
• No Magic Mode – The magic of the world has escaped. No Sorceries. No Enchantments. No magical shortcuts. Just you, thousands of misplaced items, and the knowledge you've gained along the way.
1,000+ items to organize
A cozy shop tucked away in the quiet village of Burg. Once a welcoming stop for locals and passing adventurers, its shelves have fallen into disarray. With 1,048 items to restore, it's a comfortable introduction to the satisfying world of organizing.
3,000+ items to organize
A well-loved shop in the bustling market town of Stonebridge, built through years of honest work by its humble merchant. With 3,085 misplaced items, restoring The Merchant's Rest offers a much larger challenge with plenty of shelves waiting to be put right.
4,000+ items to organize
High above the clouds on the floating isle of Vane stands a legendary shop filled with magical treasures from across the world. With 4,066 items scattered throughout, The Grand Athenaeum is the largest challenge of them all. Take your time restoring it, or master every shelf and chase the fastest time.
Thankfully, you don't have to organize thousands of magical objects entirely by hand.
As you make progress, unlock Sorceries designed to help you tackle the mess.
Gather matching items from around the shop, reveal objects you've been struggling to find, or use magic to send items toward the shelves where they belong.
The more you organize, the more powerful your magical toolkit becomes.
Magic isn't limited to spells.
Unlock Enchantments that permanently improve your abilities and change how you move through each shop.
Carry more items at once. Increase your reach. Move faster. Jump higher. Eventually, even take to the air.
Combined with your Sorceries, these abilities can turn an experienced shopkeeper into an organizing force of nature and become an important part of chasing faster times.
Whether you're carefully organizing The Hearth & Barrel after a long day, working your way through the thousands of items inside The Merchant's Rest, or fighting for a place on the leaderboard in The Grand Athenaeum, Shelves And Sorcery is built around one simple satisfaction:
Finding where something belongs...
and finally putting it there.

Lovely game! I'm really enjoying these organizing games that have been popping up lately, but this one is truly great. The variety of items is very satisfying in comparison to only books or tapes, which also improves the replay value (at least for me), since you can tackle the multiple levels with different strategies. I really appreciate the different modes available as well (casual, timed, no magic), and the fact the dev has been actively working to further add or improve elements :) Can't wait for coop! One thing I would love to see in the future is, maybe, more small/medium sized levels.

Solid game and pretty good for the genre. The only downside is that if you want to get all of the achievements, it gets very repetitive. There are simply too many achievements tied to every mode so you end up doing every map four times. It's a hell of a grind.
Money grab after the popularity of Arcane Library. Generic props that all blend together, "powers" with poor color compliance, one soundtrack that loops. Just a headache and not fun to play like Arcane was. Money grab only, do not buy.
This is an enjoyable game to pass time with. I really like the extra challenge modes and some of the item names. The game was really good at launch and the updates since have been really good. I love that this will soon have multiplayer, which means I'll get to drag my friends in. Also a huge positive is absolutely NO AI!! <3
Oh no, my cozy fantasy shop has been thrown into chaos! Wait, putting things back on the shelves is strangely cozy.
------------------------------------------------------------ This game is the easiest to play among similar games; the skill flexibility and the practicality of passive skills are quite good. However, there's a serious problem: why hasn't this game's multiplayer mode been developed yet? Meanwhile, another game, *Tidy Up Together*, has already been released? That game uses many models and art styles almost identical to this one, even the release dates are nearly identical, and the names are related. Doesn't the development team think they should provide some explanation? Until your multiplayer mode is officially released, you can't shake off this negative review!
A great game to chill only one Point I missed a German Localisation
Fun! I love to sort things. this game is for me
