Reviews
Currently the state of this game is miserable... (The AI Slop glamour shots I assume will be replaced one day, but look so out of place its jarring) The UI is unnecessarily complicated and difficult to navigate. The NPC's are a chore to talk interact with, casually reference sexual assault when you meet with the guard captain, and continue the theme of unnecessarily complicated. The battle system is irritating (don't pick the sword weapon), and doesn't offer any kook other than a million layers of meta progression.
Grindy as heck
forces you to leave a review to continue the game and doesn't even work when you do.
As a few other reviewers have mentioned it prompts you to leave a review to collect some in-game rewards, and so here is what I have to say about it so far. The AI generated visual assets aren't very appealing, seeming rather generic for the characters they're meant to represent and rather confusing at times. The bald, gruff looking veteran instructor who bears a resemblance to the likes of J.K. Simmons or Jonathan Banks using female pronouns is either a rather bold social statement or a rather embarrassing translation error. The benefits that some weapons have to certain stats are so minute that you really shouldn't bother trying to get them unless you're specifically looking for a particular weapon evolution. The increased area of effect item in particular comes to mind, being genuinely unnoticeable for the majority of items. They absolutely have to give an option to remove the twitter integration feature, as it's rather intrusive and far too easy to mistakenly press on controllers.
