Shank n' Bake

Its a pretty funny side scrolling runner. Its a great way to get a couple laughs after playing other more frustrating games. The animations are great and the voice acting alongside with the crude violence against food items are really what makes this game a gem. Definitely worth the 5$ cause you can always come back to it for a mood boost.

I dont know what to say, I've never had a game about pastries make me so irritated. This is completely based on my skill for platformers but I couldnt even defeat the first boss. Each enemy seems to have a different way of being defeated, Each time you get defeated the map gets randomized, and the timing has to be right. But i will say, I had alot of fun running through the same levels repeatedly and dying over and over again. the dialogue is amazing, the art style is amazing so for $5 dollars the price point especially for a runner is well worth it. nice and tricky

worth the purchase. just browsing steam store, see title shank n bake then sees the cover photo with a cupcake holding a knife. honestly, already sold on it at that point. click on it for more details, not a huge runner game fan, but figured how hard can it be. title screen is lit and love the little details when you hover over options. This cupcake is ready for anything but you leaving a hole in his heart.

Highly recommend this it is perfect to take some anger caused by quarantine or you know in general. More importantly the game is very creative, so many hilarious and brutal ways to die, so many bosses and new areas, even the load screens are entertaining. An absolute gem that provides tons of amusement!

I thought I would be morally conflicted about slaughtering old people, but old people who are Walnuts... kill em all. 10/10 would still play this is it was just slaughtering Millenial Avocados with coffee cups in their hands

Fun and funny game that has gotten better in every way since the beta

Ahh yes... I remembered that one time when I was at the Steam Winter Sale of 2019 and found this after playing Cute Things Dying Violently... I just wishlisted that game because it looks interesting, and had a cute little muffin. But when I watched the trailer on the Store page once... It was violent... really violent... it's like Sausage Party, but in a video game. I liked eating Chocco's heart... yum ^_^ But the only boss I hate was Milk Man. I've practiced and dodged a bunch of obstacles... but the worst obstacle on this game... were triple egg beaters! I'll get him next time... soon! 7.5/10 gud game with a cute husbando as a protagonist Heheh, Muffin go stabby stab :P
