Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3.43/day in the week to Jul 23 → 5.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

People really don’t talk enough about how immersive the music is. It was honestly a highlight in my play through as it added so much to the experience.

Very funny game and kinda hard even on easiest settings. But i love this game. Something different nowadays.
I keep having endless fun with the game. Sure, it may be rough around the edges with the jank here and there but honestly I still love this game! I saw that the dev made a dev log about how they will be working on polishing the game and fixing bugs more which i think is perfect! would rather them focus on fixing bugs then adding new content!
This game's performance is rough around the edges at times and it has some unfinished and undercooked features, especially with regards to how certain items don't have a purpose and how social relations between the player in particular and the NPCs are fairly shallow. HOWEVER, why am I giving it a positive review? Because, in spite of all of that, it is an extremely good and unique game in all other regards. It captures an atmosphere like no other and it still offers a hefty amount of interactivity in many respects, as well as a wonderfully customizable, simulated world. I don't have much more to say as I'm still fairly new to the game, but I've found myself absorbed by it in a way which is unique and refreshing. Especially speaking, if you like emergent (partially given, partially liminally imagined) narratives which influence gameplay, and appreciate immersing yourself in a well-founded and dynamic world with fairly original lore, I would definitely still recommend this game. Doubly so if you're interest in modding it via the R2modman/thunderstore application and/or the steam workshop (you can fix some bugs, restore some cut content, and add several new "cases" to the game this way). I've seen some negative reviews complain about the performance, and that's a fair complaint, but it can also be mitigated to a reasonable extent if you decrease the size of the city you're playing with. The other frequent complaint I see is that certain cases are "impossible to solve"... Maybe this is true a rare amount of the time? So far I haven't experienced this. It usually seems like anything is theoretically solvable if you're willing to get creative and exhaustive enough... But as I already mentioned at the beginning of this review, there are some legitimate grievances. So, while some complaints are accurate, some are more like half-truths, and of the content we already have, there is plenty of replayability value and enough depth to make for a novel and fun experience nevertheless.
It's very addicting and I love it. What I don't love is the amount of bugs but they normally fix themselves (not including when I talk to NPCs and they randomly change clothes) if I close and reopen the game, that includes the rain issue because it's still very unoptimized. There's a chance in my playthroughs the rain will start sh*tting itself randomly. Also I wish there was more character customization. Other than that, probably one of my favourites.
.
Incredible game. A few bugs and sometimes when exploring the map to fast there is some pop in (especially the benches), but overall its a very addictive and fun experience.
