Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.44/day in the week to Aug 4 → 1.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Shadowrun returns. Solid isometric fun.
Perfect nostalgia

Listen this game is exactly what it tells you it is = a 1990's sharpened d20 RPG with choices that effect the narrative and a linear story line. The replayablity comes from the classes available and is limited.
First, play the sequels like dragonfall instead of this. They are great games. This however, is a mediocre turned based RPG with a story that heavily relies on nostalgia. It's a short game with not a lot of good stuff, other than the setting.
An early Kickstarter and Unity success story. It admittedly plays its hand very safe. It didn't have save states in the initial release, only saving on certain checkpoints. It doesn't have the most ambitious construction, being a relatively short story with pretty conservative use of its tools. It feels largely, like a prototype for the more ambitious Dragonfall and later Hong Kong, which fill out and complete the promise that this game sought after. It's good, though, and it feels right. The beginning of a new era for indies where developers were taking their case to the streets and (sometimes) reaping incredible rewards for themselves and their audiences in the process. I'd recommend Hong Kong and Dragonfall over this earlier work, but if you're curious it's still a solid tactical RPG.
A 21st century classic tactical RPG.

really short game. but it was good. very interesting story. i got the collection on sale, and i still got 2 more to beat.
after spending some more time in dragonfall, I'd still recommend this game for a few reasons. one is that despite having more bugs overall it has less game breaking ones. two is that it has a lot more user made campaigns. three is that the balance of combat to dialogue to exploration is a lot more even in this game. unfortunately the story and characters are a lot weaker in comparison, and the engine feels less smooth when it's working correctly. it's too bad dragonfall aged worse technically, since the devs are never coming back to fix that one this is the best starting point as of now.
