Design choice to remove your weapons after first death ruins the fun. The game follows an operative that has to infiltrate a facility. Although there are voices for you and the agent on the other side that gives you constant instructions and feedback, they have a slightly computer-generated feel. It’s not obvious, but some words are not spoken in a natural way. Subtitles are present, but they’re barely useful due to their tiny size. The controls work like in any third-person game. You can move around, sprint, crouch, aim, and fire. The remaining keys control med-kit use, reloading, and taking cover. Because the whole point of the game is to sneak up on enemies and kill them in silence, there is also a takedown button. However, because your initial weapon is a silencer pistol with unlimited ammo, you can eliminate enemies from a distance. They are not bullet sponges, therefore a single gunshot to the head eliminates practically everyone. The graphics are adequate, but not very impressive. There are also optimization issues, since turning in one direction can result in a significant loss in framerates. Assets aren't detailed or interesting enough to require so many resources, so a lot is wasted. The game actually doesn’t start that bad. The game progresses linearly, and you cannot sneak around the facilities at will. Saving takes place at checkpoints that are distributed fairly. Unfortunately, the game contains some flaws that are difficult to ignore. The first is that it makes no difference whether you crouch or sneak. Furthermore, approaching an enemy from behind while crouching prevents you from taking him down. It turns out that it's far easier to simply run at him when he's facing the opposite direction and press the takedown button. The next issue is that hiding is not available in the game. When an enemy sees you or a dead body, he will immediately know where you are. The aforementioned shortcomings are easily attributable to the lack of skills and resources associated with indie games. If you enjoy playing "broken" games that nonetheless provide some basic entertainment, you can easily overlook them. Sadly, the game falls apart the first time you die. When you click retry and respawn at the last checkpoint, you will lose all weapons and med-kits. When you are discovered, you won't have anything to fight back because you lack melee abilities or heal. Although this might encourage you to kill the first adversary quietly and take his weapon, you are unable to pick up anything from the enemy. It looks strange when the weapon is just lying there and you prefer to move on unarmed. You are left with two awful options. One approach is to go slowly and strangle each enemy. Because you cannot move bodies, an enemy will eventually spot one and come after you. Here's where you can use the second option: simply run to the next checkpoint by ignoring enemies. Unfortunately, this does not always work due to limited stamina and slow-opening doors.

This is a solid stealth game for the most part. There are some issues though such as the enmy bein' able to shoot thru objects. This makes some of the fights unfair. Also the enemies seem to spot us before we can spot them. The graphics are serviceable and the atmosphere is good. It also features voice over work which is solid. The price tag may be a bit much for some. Gameplay Impressions: https://youtu.be/pd5QjkqDwEE
Cool and very challenging game, it has a great atmosphere and is very well detailed, with highly realistic and high-quality graphics. I recommend this game to everyone who enjoys action.
Needs some improvement in a lot of areas to be something I can really see myself playing. Biggest thing right now is the performance. My Steam Deck is sputtering along like its on it's last legs trying to run this on low graphics settings. The dev should invest in the world optimization system from the UE Market or something. The takedown animation should be swapped out as well IMO. Controller support should be added in. And I'd like to see some features from the later Splinter Cell games added in. Lets see some night vision/integrated optics (so hard to see guards im the dark), gadgets, shadow system, cover system, cover takedowns, smoke grenades, shoot out lights, remote mines, decoys, sticky cameras, mark & execute, shadow system, aim assist, climbing system, climbing takedowns, shadow system, etc. Deniable ops mode would also be sick. This game seems like its definitely on the right track, but its very basic. Which is understandable, but I'd like to see more stuff added in over time. If minimalism is the point then I'd like to see some influence from games like 'No Sun To Worship'. But ultimately, this is a stealth game and having access to more gadgets and ways of attacking the enemy would bring a huge amount of playability to this game. The game is also like 17 gigs or something which is nuts. Unless I'm missing something it should be half that. Maybe compress some of the textures, decrease the polygon count on some of the assets, etc. But I suppose this is secondary to my other suggestions. Once its properly optimized, controller support is added, and more features are added in I genuinely feel like there could be something to this. This could be something quite fun. The shooting feels pretty good, i like the sound effects, the atmosphere is nice, and its a stealth game which in my book instantly gives this a thumbs up. Thank you to the dev(s) for at least trying to give us a stealth game in 2024. God knows nobody else is going to. And hey if you want any help with your game hit me up. I'm building my own stealth game in Unreal and would be willing to share some code/assets/etc if it means helping your game be more fun. So let me know if that's something you have an interest in. So yeah, as a huge fan of stealth games who sees a lot of potential here I give it a thumbs up. If you dont like stealth games as much as I do then its harder to say. But the game's only 2 bucks so its not like youre wasting a ton of money to try it out. I say give it a shot.
