Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem

Fun to play and found the graphics beautiful (having played a lot of Serious Sam 1 and 2). Would absolutely recommend.

Classic Serious Sam, nothing else needed. Pure fun.

Man this game has ups and down a lot. I enjoy and find it fun at start but on the proceeding chapters it become tedious, frustrating, and boring. Its uninspiring for me. The last chapter is the most frustrating part for me. At hard difficulty this game is horrible. The enemies just keep spawning at your face like an endless wave of enemies. Also the performance sucks. I dunno I wanted to like this game but I can't. When playing chapter 4 - 5 I wanted to end it already and move on from the game.

Serious sam Siberian mayhem is a stand alone expantion for serious sam 4 and this game may be short but it packs alot of fun for a shot campaign . Story.Sam arrives in russian and it doesnt take long for mentals minions to show up once Sam is done gunning down the alien scum he makes his way to a oil refinary he finds some logs detailing the events leading up to his arrive he encounters more enemies including headless granadiers and kleers oh god the kleers and some gnaars and corrupted human enemies with claws once these are dealt with ht travels deeper into the refinairy he makes contact some russian ressistance forces the first being a sniper named one eyed olga ishe gives you one the best weapons in the game the cross bow from there he journeys further south gets hold a tank and destroyed a nearby gaurd tower Sam find a more russian resistance fighter in a town over run by mentals minions here you must help them get a train going to escape but as always nothing goes according to plan as the team is attacked by more of mentals minions and Sam finds himself alone to battle with the corrupted General Brand. Gameplay. Its the standard afare of mowing down hoards of mentals minion with a array of weapon from a knife,pistol, shotgun with granade adaptor,double barrel shotgun,Ak 47,minigun,rocket launcher,MK III Grenade Launcher.cross bow,XPMR "Burner" Raygun and lastly the cannon makes a return and you can also find some gadgets like a blackhole generator,drone , time warp,battle scooter amoung others all these will be needed to have a hope in hell of surviving the hoarders of enemies. Sound and voice acting. Sam is voiced by John J. ♥♥♥♥ whom makes a return and is once again steals the show his allies this time are a welcome addition inoticed three or four metal refrences for both metallica and megadeth as for the sounds of the enmies its the standard affair of headless kamikazies streaming at you and the sound of hoovers of the a cursed kleers did i mention i hate the kleers the weapons all some great and when enemies start appearing it plays great rock music to compliment the action overall the sound and voice acting was on point. Pros. weapons and gadets are great Sam is great and the suporting cast was great levels were beautifully detailed and there the vehicles were a nice addition and some side quests were also greatly welcomed. Cons. As with all these game the constant onslaught of enemies can get annoying but its a staple of the series but early on at the oil refinary having to fight kleers in a confiind space is just pure pain. Verdict. This is a great expantion to kill some time and plenty of alies great guns looks and plays great very little to complain about if you are a fan of the series like myself you will lovve this if you cant stand having to kill swarms of enemies then give this a miss since its more of the smae that made this series stand out from the other f first person shooters out there. For fans of previous games and for fans of painkiller. Rating 9\10 Trading cards are avaliable.

Classic run & gun game play with large hoards of enemy creatures but compared to the other games in the series I have played this feels a little bit harder then the other games ... normal difficulty feels closer to what I would expect of hard difficulty so don't be suprised if you end up overwhelmed sometimes. Having said that the difficulty is not 'nintendo hard' if you are famoliar with the term and will required adjusting your strategy occasionally to come out alive. Price wise I think it's almost reasonably priced based the quality and quantity on offer to the point I would recomend it if you can get it for around 20% off for fans or or around 40% for people like that style of game.
