Segfault is pretty bad, even at 90% off I don't recommend it. And yes, I only played it under an hour and decided this. It's a keyboard-only shooter (arrow keys and z/x : you can't change the controls in options) where the viewpoint is too "zoomed-in" so everything's too close to see bullets coming, and momentum / gravity slow you down so much that you can't get out of the way anyway. If I can describe it via another game - imagine trying to play Luftrausers with 1/8th screen size and slightly sluggish controls. Also the only method of upgrading your ship / firepower is through a lootcrate-esque system, so you can't strategise and plan what to get, you pay your in-game currency and beg and are supposed to be happy with what you're given. Even though it's not what you need. All it does is add a layer of frustration. Awful, bad design decisions in this game.

A great little game to waste time with. The game has some great gameplay mechanics especially the mutator's mode (which include things like, reversing gravity, bombs, reverse shooting or invert controls.. and many more) which could be randomized in to different combinations which just makes the replayability great. The game takes a while to get used to as it is totally skill based. So once you get the hang of it it's really fun. What's even better is the fact that there are online leaderboards for various things so that you could compete with friends and other players that own the game and have taken part in the mutator mode. The progression feels really solid in the game as there are different "generations" as the developer called it toward the equipment that you can build / find via crates that you buy with in-game currency as you play the game. The items can traverse from increased health, more bullets (because you always need more bullets).. firerate and more. Overall I would rate this game 9/10
A bad game in general that expects you to grind it for hours at end

A bit tedious. I'm not good at asteroid controls and it didn't help that the game didn't recognize my controller. I love the style, the way the game presents itself. Yet the first impression was mudded by the initial grind, the lack of some sort of obvious tactic to it, and the silly dumb repeating jokes in the menu. The wrong amount of serious and silly. The gameplay makes no insentive for me to choose an agressive approach, since the screen is small, enemies are fast and rather unpredictable in their paths, deciding to do a 180 just out of the corner of the screen, which makes the shield mechanic rather useless, and the screen is occupied by the 'coins' flying towards you making it hard do figure out what's going on. It can be seen in the trailer, the screen is cluttered not because there is a lot of going on, but because its incredibly small.. Best tactic i found is just stay in one spot and go up and down slightly while shooting straigth up, abusing the off screen mechanics of bullets enemies dissapearing while beyond the edge. Active powerups dropping from enemies would have made me more motivated to move, but because of the long grind, the long timers on medals and the unpredicable nature of enemies just falling on you from the edge of the screen, coupled with a lack of fine control over the player ship dirrection (and sometimes being not responsive with multiple buttons pressed on the same time, hesne my attempt to use a controller) made the experience rather unpleasant. The tiered uprgade mechanic is rather fun and cool and would have allowed to sink in a few hours in it, but since its bad to buy any of the T2 boxes untill you maxed out of lvl4 gearm, and bad to spend the orbs for anything below max tier.... It really makes no sense to experiment with the mechanic, only if the synthesize option would have a chance to give you 'mutated' upgrades, with sort of different mechanics to them, homming bullets, different projectile speed, player speed dependent health/energy regen, distance based damage... Just so much potential in this game... I might give this game another go some time, but for now i think I saw most of the content it has and the path to the end is pretty clear. + the price of this game is rather bad, considering that it only had 1 hour of content for me.
Поплачьте маме об управлении сосунки, оно тут нормальное, к нему надо просто привыкнуть
My gambling addict friend said if I post a review and it gets 75 likes and 20 Awards that he will buy me a case of beer and some vodka, so I'm just gonna leave this here.
