Veryyy Chill! Really like reading a simple, small book. I wanted something simple and pretty, that's what I got

I had a lot of fun in the moment-to-moment gameplay, but I wish the game gave me a more satisfying resolution to everything that was going on. I could replay the game and see the other routes, but I'm not invested enough to figure out those routes. I still loved the game - the visuals, the music, the twist protagonist.

A short little gem with beautiful artwork. I was sufficiently compelled to 100% the game after 2-3 blind runs. Though the paths all converge towards similar endings, I found it enjoyable to see the story from multiple angles even if it was somewhat repetitive at times. You'll find the experience pleasant and spiritual as long as you don't come into it expecting a game with massive scope, complex flowcharts and multi-faceted characters. Regarding romance options: [spoiler] you can pursue a heterosexual and/or homosexual encounter. I found it particularly subversive for the WLW romance to be so defiant as opposed to the usual "bury your lesbians" trope. Your partner is [i] determined [/i] to save you and elope, go lesbians! [/spoiler]

This game is fairly short (I completed a run in about 90 minutes), but a decent amount of replay-ability. I love the almost 'this is a painting' art style as I think it really suits the genre/setting. The characters are pretty varied, and I think there's something for everyone. If you like visual novel style games and think the value proposition is good, I definitely encourage playing it.

Another great VN from Nova-Box. Massive consequences based on your choices. Fantastic artwork, and soundtrack work. Short runtime per playthrough, but lots of replayability.

just completed my first run. DO NOT READ ANY GUIDES. GO IN BLIND. i'm so glad i did. this game is worth the full price, and i haven't even "fully" played it yet/explored all the paths. you know how some games are designed to be replayed, but you mostly do so just because you want the achievements? with this one, i'm genuinely so curious what the other paths/choices held - i'll replay it, not just for completionism's sake. the writing is genuinely GOOD, i love how character-driven it is. also, as a norse/celtic pagan, i'm very glad and grateful this exists. there's very, very few games out there that cater to pagan sensibilities with so much integrity, authenticity and actual knowledge of our and our ancestors' practices - i'm genuinely so grateful. can't wait to play more. such a unique, original game. one of a kind. thank you so much for this gift. <333333333 [spoiler]on my first run, i destroyed the tree together with arlyn. not sure whether i did a good or bad thing. my mind isn't made up about the seers. also the unexpected graphic sapphic scene was so hot, omg. i took at least half a minute just staring/gasping at it in silence to compute.[/spoiler]

Honestly, I don't even remember buying this game. I saw it in my library over the years and all I could think about was: "Why did I even buy it?" And then, few days back I tried it out and was hooked instantly. The first playthrough was absolutely magical for me. I didn't care about the symbols, about the "game" part of the game. I just picked whatever choice made sense and let the story take me wherever it was about to take me. One playthrough is only a few hours long so if anoyne has some time on their hands and need a little push to try this game then I can't recommend it enough. I wanted to see all there is in the game, so I replayed it a few times and then I had to care about the "game" parts. But I don't think it's necessary to replay it if the game doesn't grip you just much as it gripped me.
