Another great VN from Nova-Box. Massive consequences based on your choices. Fantastic artwork, and soundtrack work. Short runtime per playthrough, but lots of replayability.
Franchement rafraichissant comme jeu/histoire. La DA et le Chara design est excellent, la musique envoutante, les choix multiples impactant. Le lore et les intrigues des personnages sont bien cool a suivre. Les textes sont très bien rédigé et le vocabulaire y est riche. Un bon visuel novel bien qu'un poil court et qui manque de voix à mon sens. Le système d'embranchement est un peu obscur également, une vrai arborescence disponible a la fin du jeu aurait été sympa, dommage. 7/10 Je conseil, et continuerai d'acheter leur jeu sans meme regarder les trailer.

+ Qualité de l'histoire et des dialogues + Choix qui comptent - Court mais bonne rejouabilité Visual novel créé par NovaBox (située près de Bordeaux), à qui on doit également les très bons AlongTheEdge et AcrossTheGrooves. L'histoire orientée fantasy est bien écrite avec des dialogues qui sonnent juste (pas trop longs, pas surjoués, ...), et les "slides" sont magnifiquement dessinés, avec une jolie bande son d'accompagnement. Le jeu offre différents choix qu'on prendra plaisir à explorer avec quelques runs supplémentaires, sachant que le jeu est plutôt court : compter 2h pour le premier run, et environ 30/45mn pour les suivants en zappant une grande partie des séquences déjà connues. A recommander les yeux fermés pour les amateurs du genre !
A short little gem with beautiful artwork. I was sufficiently compelled to 100% the game after 2-3 blind runs. Though the paths all converge towards similar endings, I found it enjoyable to see the story from multiple angles even if it was somewhat repetitive at times. You'll find the experience pleasant and spiritual as long as you don't come into it expecting a game with massive scope, complex flowcharts and multi-faceted characters. Regarding romance options: [spoiler] you can pursue a heterosexual and/or homosexual encounter. I found it particularly subversive for the WLW romance to be so defiant as opposed to the usual "bury your lesbians" trope. Your partner is [i] determined [/i] to save you and elope, go lesbians! [/spoiler]
This game is fairly short (I completed a run in about 90 minutes), but a decent amount of replay-ability. I love the almost 'this is a painting' art style as I think it really suits the genre/setting. The characters are pretty varied, and I think there's something for everyone. If you like visual novel style games and think the value proposition is good, I definitely encourage playing it.
