Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Same day: best AU #85, worst CN #98 · 3 markets collected
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 9/day in the week to Aug 24 → 12.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
After hostilities have broken out in Central Europe, the race is on as a pressured US Navy escort force battle off Soviet bomber and submarine attacks on a perilous quest to reinforce NATO defenders in Europe. Meanwhile, in the Persian Gulf, the conflict between Iran and Iraq risks escalating into a larger confrontation between superpowers as both sides indiscriminately attack neutral merchant shipping. And in the Norwegian Sea, an outnumbered Soviet surface force challenges the might of a massive US Navy amphibious force bound for occupied Norway...
Brought to you by the lead designer of Cold Waters, Sea Power lets you control NATO and Warsaw Pact forces in a modern naval conflict. Whether it's gunning it out with Boghammars in a surface duel, fighting off aerial attackers armed with long-range missiles, or hunting for enemy submarines with aircraft and surface ships, advanced weaponry and sensors are at your disposal.
Can you successfully hide your forces while detecting and tracking theirs? It is up to you to play an advanced game of cat and mouse on the high seas, to seize the initiative and attack with the advantage of surprise on your side. And at all times, you have to observe rules of engagement and take care not to cause an unnecessary incident that could lead to escalation. After all, you cannot really be sure just who that radar contact at 30.000 feet is, can you?

Worthy successor to Jane's Fleet Command
The new Pacific Strike `85 is an awsome campaign, and generally this game is just awsome, i learned alot of cold war naval history and had alot of fun playing carriers and messing around with mods to get modern warships.
Good fun, takes a little while to know the missiles and capabilities but after that very enjoyable
Some missions are simply impossible to complete without taking damage. Take the NATO scenario where you intercept a Soviet convoy in the North Sea—go too slow, and two F-4E run out of fuel and crash; go too fast, and your missile boats inevitably suffer losses. The key issue is that those two F-4E carry MK82 unguided bombs, which can't withstand attacks from the "Golden Eagle"-class' air defense missiles. The "Penguin" missiles fly slowly and have long firing intervals, making it extremely difficult to penetrate the Soviet fleet's air defense network. Even more problematic, the "Penguin" missiles sometimes inexplicably switch targets, causing friendly fire that destroys the "Golden Eagle," allowing the F-4E to attack the remaining transport ships. Another point—though I'm not entirely certain—is that as you reload the save more times, the enemy AI gradually becomes stronger. If you're someone who plans carefully, adapts well to unexpected situations, and can accept some losses in order to win, this game might be right for you. But if you lack these qualities, this game probably isn't suitable for you.
With the New Task Force Mode is everything I have ever wanted in life. I need more!!! 10 missions is not enough!!! Cant wait for more Campaigns with this new mode
The developers recklessly tamper with underlying models and core game mechanics, showing complete disregard for ordinary players’ experience and trampling on the hard work of mod authors, which gravely damages the creative ecosystem of the modding community. A great many players bought this game largely for the wealth of high‑quality, compelling mods on the Steam Workshop, and this reality should not be lost on the developers. Instead of prioritizing performance improvements and locking in stable mechanics, the development team lets nuclearstonk and bluedot alter core gameplay rules at will, spawning numerous bugs and systemic instability. Continuing down this path will only tarnish the game’s reputation irreparably. As a player with 750 hours invested, I have put in both money and personal effort. I want this title to get better, not spiral into disarray. Players have jobs and studies to attend to. Mod‑breaking bugs stemming from these two individuals’ unconstrained mechanic changes force us to sink extra hours into mod repairs. No one wants to finish work only to find their mods broken, burning countless hours tracking down faults and patching them up. The developers ought to put player interests first, and must not enable nuclearstonk and bluedot’s mechanic revisions that break model‑loading functionality for mods. Furthermore, vanilla faction balance has been abysmal across recent updates. The US has received the Alaska‑class cruisers, vessels that were never completed in real‑world history. Meanwhile, the Soviet side is stuck fielding MiG‑23 and MiG‑25 to go toe‑to‑toe against American F‑14 and F‑15, while the Su‑27 and MiG‑29 are conspicuously absent. It is incomprehensible that this passes for official balancing. Considering these two major issues combined, I cannot help but question whether the dev team exercises even basic judgement in staffing decisions. Are they aiming to repeat War Thunder’s missteps: sloppy patch‑by‑patch mechanic overhauls and crippling faction power imbalance that steadily erode player goodwill? I sincerely urge the developers to take community feedback seriously, respect the modding community, deliver proper faction balance fixes, get their internal development management in order, and refocus on what makes this game fun at its core.
