Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Jul 30 → 0.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The game does have a nice story, and concepts. Mostly great due to the soundtrack and the design of the worlds. However, it is brought down due to requiring an EA installation, high price for a short game, and the damned boat controls that change in relation to the camera than the actual boat direction. Decent though when on sale.
Sea of Solitude... not one of the greater games but also not one of the worse of its kind. As almost everybody said, mediocre/below average writing and voice acting (the only V.A.s who I felt like kinda stood out were Miriam Jud as Kai and -sometimes- Max Pohl as Sunny), not so much gameplay because of the basic level design, the ideas are great but the execution is flawed because of the messages regarding bullying, clashes in relationships (both for parents in general and young love relationships), depression etc. were shown too plain and simple, and with not much emotion and impact as Gris with its portrayal on grief, for example. Again, Sea of Solitude has the ideas, it looks good but the lack of gameplay, the bad execution on story telling and the not so good voice acting really makes this game injustice. Totally forgettable overall: 5-7/10 (depending on who's playing the game, but for me it's a six). And the fact that this game was suppose to have a sequel with Jack but never came out is really sad (but understandably so because of the overall reviews). At least it could have been a small DLC for this game. Disappointment. Recommend it only if you wanna experience the game for a brief moment or if you're an achievement hunter, since the game's too easy in general.

Very nice beautiful game. The game is about perspective and the main girl, her life and people around her. You join her in city covered by the sea as she discover hard truths and ways to move forward, where everyone feels alone in their own problems. The painted graphics are very nice to look at and the details on monsters are incredible. The soundtrack is fiting and good. The gameplay is also nice, it doesn't feel forced, nor repetetive, even though it's just a "walker" game with timing sequences. There are some hidden messages and seaguls to collect which gives more lore and scenary view, but it's not related to the main story so I you can just skip them.
pépite inconnu.
Jeu incroyable, bouleversant et beau.
not for chill
I really liked the game and would recommend others play it. Good music, scenery is nice, and it deals with a mature theme that I feel people should learn at an early age.
Una experiencia cortita pero completamente conmovedora. Si esperas sutileza o un plot super complejo, no es el juego para ti. Pero si te enamoras de la estética, de la narrativa como gameplay y un momento para reflexionar, no puedes perderte este título. Casi me hizo llorar pipipipi
