You'll want to 100% stay away from this one. It states it is Massive Multiplayer, but ask in Discord and they will state this is not planned to be included, though they have the server options in game. What's worse, they state in Discord that they have halted development on this game as they work on their new one "Hopelands". This is shameful as, if you are halting development, you should remove this game from the market as it is FAR from complete or even playable. I'm actually putting most blame on Steam for this for having no checks and balances for Developers and continuously allow them to steal our time and money.
Game has been abandoned and should be removed from sale.
Stay away from this game and this developer. There was a point in time where this game was worth buying. It had promise and that's where the majority of my playtime was used. Now this game is an unfinished mess. This game is abandoned and should be removed from steam. DO NOT BUY!
honestly the game is pretty solid in terms of functionality and visually pleasing with plenty to do and grind to achieve/collect. However, I cant in good conscience recommend this game to anyone. There are some game breaking bugs that were never addressed and while they can be worked around (ie. turning off auto save) the game appears to have been abandoned by the devs for a new project "hopeland" so these bugs will likely never be fixed. Shame really game had potential and what they've got is a pretty sound foundation that really just needs polish.
GAME DOES NOT SAVE
When I bought this game, it was quirky and fun. It had charming, cartoon type art style. Then the devs did a complete overhaul, changed it to a "realistic" style. They removed all the fun elements and then abandoned the game. I loved the game I bought, but this ain't it. Do not waste your money, or your time.
I bought this game for 5 bucks, and my hopes we're not high, as I buy A LOT of survival games (its been my fav genre for years now) that go nowhere. The original game really bummed me out, but when I saw the dev had put out a new version, I was excited and went with it. Well, color me happy when it feels much more like a survival RPG than it did before! I'm still not 100% sure what to do, but I'm following the lines of many survival games, and just trying to stay alive. Enjoy the game quite a bit, def worth the 5 bucks I spent. One buck and hour: that's my motto. I'm at 15.5 hours, so worth it!
Game is super fun and has so much potential cant wait to dive deeper into it
I think someone screwed up. It's third person, go figure.
I recommend anyone to play this game! The devs are awesome , the gameplay is awesome , the vibes is awesome! Multiplayer is awesome! Just overall gameplay is awesome aswell... you as the player is on a big island and you have to hunt , gather wood , craft , build and just survive! There is no story mode just go out and survive! And the devs are really pushing updates like crazy! I realy cant wait for pvp so we can go out and realy survive and form clans and stuff! That's going to be honestly great! So yes everyone buy this game and join us!
