Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1/day in the week to Aug 4 → 1.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Satellite Reign was developed using Unity's now-retired online networking solution UNET. UNET was shut down in 2025, and so Satellite Reign's co-op multiplayer now only works via local LAN. If you still want to play with friends online, you will need to use LAN connection over a VPN.
Contains the game, original soundtrack, 'Satellite Reign: Reboot' e-book and 'The Art of Satellite Reign' e-book.
Play the entirety of Satellite Reign with your friends in co-op multiplayer. Up to four players can each control their own agent, opening up a whole new level of strategic and co-ordinated play.
With full drop-in/drop-out support (LAN play only), and customisable agent assignment, get ready to experience Satellite Reign like never before.
Satellite Reign is a real-time, class-based strategy game, set in an open-world cyberpunk city. You command a group of 4 agents through rain-soaked, neon-lit streets, where the law is the will of mega-corporations. Use your agents to sneak, shoot, steal, and sabotage your way up the corporate ladder, and take control of the most powerful monopoly of all time.
Each of your agents can be tailored toward your favoured play-style, while still maintaining their own unique specialisations. Shape your team into an offensive war machine, or an elite covert spec-ops outfit, and take the open-world city as your own.
The city of Satellite Reign is one big, open playground. No individual levels to pick between, the whole world can be explored seamlessly. Uncover new missions while you explore, and pick and choose which objectives you want to tackle.
Each of your four agents can be tailored to suit your play style. Choose their skills, weapons, gear, augmentations, and even their genetic base by cloning exceptional individuals from the general population.
There's no 'right-way' to complete your objectives. The world has been designed to facilitate emergent gameplay, allowing you to choose from and combine a wide range of strategic options. Sneak in through ventilation shafts, hack doors, take out power generators, hijack the minds of guards, or just blow the front door down. Countless opportunities await.

weapon_shotgun[245]: Playing sequence 9 but there's only 1 in total?
The game requires you mostly to break into enemy bases and steal blueprints, items etc. This can be done in two ways. Either sneak in, hacking security cameras and circumventing guards. Or go in guns blazing, blasting all enemies and obstacles in your path. Unfortunately neither approach works because of two critical issues: 1. Enemies have infinite respawn. 2. Enemies have random patrol routes. When you get to a base and start planning your way in, you might see a guard or two or maybe none at all. However, as you wait guards appear out of the fog of war and start patrolling where you are. This means that the couple of guards you planned to sneak past or take out now have five or ten new buddies, all walking around in a mess making planning a route through impossible. Their routes are entirely random. They don't walk in fixed patterns and they don't move where you'd expect them to. They will go up stairs, stop at the top and then walk back down. They will approach doors as if to go through them then turn around and come back. They literally just meander around the specific area you are trying to get through as if the game knows your intent and spawns enemies to thwart you. So you decide the hell with it, you might as well try out your guns. You start blasting, you kill the first group of guards but an alarm goes off and more spawn and come running. You kill them, then guess what? More come to investigate. You kill them and more appear and so on. The stream of enemies literally never. ends. This means that missions are literally unplayable. I don't mean they are hard, or they're buggy unplayable. I mean they literally cannot be done. It's astounding that the devs didn't address this. Furthermore, equipment is largely pointless. You can research new weapons to give to your agents but they all balance out to be pretty much the exact same. Stats show you the rate of fire and damage done by each one but an assault rifle with an ROF of 3 per second and damage of 2 per second will be no better than an plasma rifle with an ROF of 2 per second and 3 damage per second. These weapon stats vary so that no matter which gun you have they are all as effective or ineffective as the last one. The setting is cool, the graphics decent and the idea great but the actual gameplay is just abysmal. I've spent so much time simply waiting for a clearing that never comes. I'v spent forever shooting enemies just for more to spawn in and attack. There's no rhyme or reason to it. It's just impossible. This could have been a really good game if they just fixed those two things. Despite the game being over ten years old and people complaining about this and other things way back in 2015, nothing has changed. I have no idea how this could be released with such glaring problems, especially as the devs made this game specifically because they loved the original Syndicate Wars. How you could stray so far from that is beyond me. This is not Syndicate Wars. It's just atrocious.
Fun game for a similar experience to the classic "Syndicate" & "Syndicate Wars" series from Bullfrog Productions. Great co-op game!
Każdą misję możesz realizować w inny sposób, np. frontalnym atakiem (rzadko skutecznym), skradaniem się poza okiem kamer (można je wyłączyć) albo, moje ulubione, przejmując kontrolę nad strażnikami - narobią hałasu w innej części bazy, a ty spokojnie zrobisz swoje. Do wad zaliczam brak polskiego języka.

a very good game, quite short but very enjoyable.
its ok, not the best but definitely not the worst I've played, bugs are kinda annoying but not bad
Is this still broken for Linux? I loved the old Syndicate games, so I was super stoked when I learned about this. Unfortunately, I can't get past the tutorial because I can't figure out why force action doesn't work. Should be alt + shift + right click. That doesn't work. Well it worked exactly once after I got frustrated and starting mashing keys. I've more deliberately tried various other key combos including right and left shift and alt keys. This action also doesn't appear in the key bindings menu, so.... unplayable. Is this just me? Or do other Linux users have this issue.
