this game is really short (it's standalone dlc) and isn't very good. for me, saints row 3 was the best. gat out of hell is a collection of everything that made saints row 4 worse than 3. corny jokes, focus on superpowers, and unlikeable characters. i also hated the musical singing aspect of the game- it would have been fine in short bursts, but it drug on too long. the gameplay is decent, but whether or not you like this game depends if you like the jokes and the theme. i didn't, and it's the worst thing volition put out until the saints row reboot.

Yes, it's THE shortest Saints Row game there is. It's... interesting to say the least. I personally enjoyed it and liked some of the things added. It does not feel like a full game, but rather like ''expansion pack''. It feels weird specifically because you don't get to see the full cast and because of how short it is. Treat it like a fun trip to hell.

I have played this awful shid for over probably 60 hours on all platforms combined and it is the most dog water game that has ever came out of the saints row series, a whole different game for something that is litterally pretty much just a dlc to sr4. The dialouge is bland and sucks, the game is so buggy and crashes all the time. It litterally feels like im putting my knob and valls on the table and smashing them with a hammer while playing this game. You can tell the devs put alot of work into this monstrosity from the fact that kenzie isnt even f*uckable anymore and moans everytime she gets shot and her dialouge is so cringe and bland. And Gat just seems like a p*ssy now. This game litterally turned into some kids storybook with all the stupid gay singing and cutscenes that are cringe. I genuinly hate this game. The only reason why i play this game now is to get all the stupid achievements and im wasting precious hours of my life playing this awful ♥♥♥♥. This game makes all the other saints rows look bad and its sad. Who would play this game thats never played a saints row game before and be like "damn this is pretty good im gonna check out the other games" NO! Theyre gonna play this game for 20 minutes and uninstall it and never play it again or care to checkout the other masterpeices. Im genuinly annoyed by this game, I wish i could remove it from my library after this but i cant. I cannot believe i actually pre-ordered this game when it first came out on ps3, That was such a waste of money. EDIT: THIS GAME IS GARBAGE!! I FELT SO MUCH RELEIF UNINSTALLING THIS PILE OF TRASH OFF MY COMPUTER AFTER DOING CBT TO MYSELF JUST TO GET AHEAD. THE CO-OP QUIT WORKING AND KEPT HAVING TO VERIFY THE INTEGRITY OF THE FILES EVERY 5 MINUTES BECAUSE ITS DELETING ITS OWN FILES. I AM SO FKIN TIRED OF THIS GAME AND I WILL NEVER PLAY THIS EVER AGAIN. IT IS NOT FUN. IT IS NOT EVEN REMOTELY COOL. THIS GAME GENUINLY FKIN SUCKS AND IM HONESTLY GLAD THIS SERIES DIED OFF BEFORE VOLITION OR THQ MADE ANOTHER SHID CREATION. THIS GAME MADE ME FEEL DIRTY PLAYING IT. LIKE DIRTY AS IN MAKING ME WANNA OFF MYSELF.
