The gameplay mostly consists of floating towards the quest marker through strange regions with names which seem like word salad. Ironically, it's also quite easy to die by running out of fuel. The pace's slow; too slow for my liking. But the main issue is the poetry. Now, this is a freaking indie game from 2015, not some kind of PhD level high literature, so it feels a bit wrong to say this, but... let's just say it very much remind me of old tweets of Jaden Smith. "How can mirrors be real if our eyes aren't real" kind of deal. If we assume it's a taste thing, then take a look at the samples on the screenshots to see if you're okay with the style. Just know that those are the better ones. As an enthusiast of both the mysticism of space and the wonder of poetry... RymdResa disappointed me both ways.
Truly a one of a kind experience, love the exploration and the music.

Fly around in space with a very zoomed in view until you crash into something. If the crash doesn't kill you, there might be a random upgrade inside the thing you crashed in to. I don't get the game at all
After a couple hours it loses all of its charm and just turns into another lazy "rogue-lite"
Weird, good game. Came back to it years later to finish up some achievements, and it's just as weird and chill as it was five years ago. Watch a video before you pick it up, though, because it likely isn't the game you think it is.
No idea what this is supposed to be about. Wander aimlessly in space losing fuel. Reach destination to recover fuel. Repeat. Most of what kills me arrives out of nowhere. Most of the stuff I find simply gives me "exploration failed." There doesn't seem to be anything to do. Thought I'd like it by the looks of it, but couldn't find any fun in there.

Kind of fun and chill, but also mad buggy and every voiced line is eye-rollingly vapid and pretentious. I just alt-tabbed out and for some reason that made everything reset and I lost 3 hours of progress.
I thought I'd really dig this. The relaxing but gloomy nature of the first two chapters is satisfying - but chapter three in particular highlights the frustration and irritation which is dissonant with the rest of the games vibe.
I finished the first chapter. I'm sorry to say it, but It is very boring. You just click to make your ship fly towards one waypoint after another, while avoiding different kinds of stuff (like rocks, it's hard to see, the graphics is not very good). There are some confusing upgrades and buffs you can do, but it still - to me - feel very boring. Perhaps i missed something, but the game failed to tell me about it. I do not recommend,
