I've played RPGs most of my life and I really like that fact that I can create one my own; very nostalgic with the graphics and gameplay. It's awesome!!

Don't bother it is barely any different from the last decade or so of RPGmaker if you are a master at Javascript where you can basically override the engine sure you can get this otherwise stay away even when it does go on sale the fact they charge 80$ for this when other engines can do more with less is embarrassing. They basically repackaged MV and sold it back to you.
I've made multiple games with this engine. I also make plugins. The engine isn't as limited as someone people claim. With mid Javascript knowledge you can make some absolutely unique games. I overall recommend it. It's easy to pickup and it does the job. The primary issue you'll face is people's bad opinion on RPGmaker games as a whole because there is a lot of low effort stuff around.

Well this game engine is pretty simple all you have to do is choose a tileset and click on it and place a block on the sheet on your computer screen. Also making a character is really easy, because you can just let the engine do it for you or if your more of a creative person like me you can just install an app for pixel art and port the character to the game or you can make a character with the selection of options they offer like for example you can choose the hair, the eye the eye browse, the nose... In this engine you can also chose the animations from some various attacks, you can also choose the class of your character like for example knight, you can also choose enemies or make enemies you don't have a whole character maker to make one but you can like the characters use a pixel art app and port it to the game. you can generate a game map or make it yourself with the block by block system or for the third time you guessed it use a pixel art app and port the block or the tileset to the game. the coding part of the engine is simple for me but if you have any problems with the coding i would recommend you watch a tutorial on youtube. for any new developer trying to make an RPG i would highly recommend this engine and i give it a total of 9/10 cuz it is 77.99 euros and dollars if you buy it outside of steam sales and would recommend buying it on sales like the summer one.
Overpriced and undersupported.
A much better engine than RPG Maker MV. MV is good too, but the plugins of MZ are better and the quality of life shortcuts make it easier to use. I will admit, that the rtp is not as good as that of MV but RPG Maker MV makes up for that with event codes and layer mapping. Also, you can transfer your MV project to MZ. It is not all that easy to do, but once you do it...you have a much better engine to work with.
This netted me an A* on an assignment for University. Very cool.
