About

█ ROUTINE is a First Person Sci-Fi Horror title set on an abandoned lunar base designed around an 80s vision of the future.
Curious exploration turns into a need for survival when a lunar base goes completely quiet. Searching for answers puts you face to face with an enemy who is certain the main threat is you. Discoveries lead to deeper unknowns and the only way to go is forward. ▌
Note: ROUTINE offers no waypoint markers, finding your way is part of the experience. Slow down, observe your surroundings, explore carefully, and review data to uncover the path forward.
█ EXPLORE: Roam through contrasting sectors of the lunar base, from deteriorating living quarters and tram stations to an abandoned mall. ▌
█ OBSERVE: Investigate your surroundings and uncover crucial information to progress and piece together the events that unfolded before your arrival. ▌
█ IMMERSE: Full body awareness, diegetic audio, and minimal UI help create a gripping and atmospheric experience. ▌
█ OPERATE: Your Cosmonaut Assistance Tool (C.A.T.) is vital. Use it to access critical terminals, navigate the environment and identify clues. ▌
█ SURVIVE: Run, hide, or attempt to defend yourself against unknown threats using the C.A.T. as a last resort. ▌

I have never been more relieved to finish a game... this was terrifying. What an absolute masterpiece though!
Short, but hands down one of the best horror/sci-fi thriller games I have ever played. One of the only games to actually get me to vocalize being startled as somebody who has played an overwhelmingly high number of horror titles. I can definitely see how it has influenced other games, and if you can mentally survive the tension, it's worth it for both the experience and the story. Also, only 28% of players who start this game actually finish it. It isn't necessarily hard, but it does have a minimal HUD and uses storytelling to direct you. There's a few spots where it's a little "where do I go" but for the most part it's easy to follow and know where to go. Maybe have a notepad just in case.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The controller input feels slow and sluggish, especially when trying to use in-game terminals with high and mid sensitivity - it’s almost impossible to navigate the cursor. The controller settings are also too limited, with no deadzone options. The game itself is pretty hard: I spent two hours trying to figure out the first two puzzles. Its immersion-breaking when you running around maze-like coridors desperetly trying to find code for some door.
Если это не лучшая игра в мире, то тогда я натурал.
The puzzles are a bit complicated, and the story is told a bit out of order. Just the right amount of cryptic while giving a satisfying conclusion. The visuals are top notch, and the sound design rounds out the experience. My only complaint is for a game taking place entirely within a spacesuit you only get to briefly visit the moon's surface twice, and nothing happens when you do.
давно я таких кирпичей не откладывал от хоррора, браво!

Beautiful survival horror experience
I wish pestilence upon the designer of that one bathroom puzzle.
