Rosas are Red

I tried to play this game for 1 hr, but who actually enjoys reading pre-programmed responses in a video game? You're supposed to pretend that these are text messages? Can anyone actually fool themselves into feeling like these are text messages enough to turn themselves on? It was boring, mind numbing, garbage to me.

this is a cool little 'Text-style' VN with a cute girl named Rosa, great music, good visuals, and alot of replayability. some of the problems i had with the game are mainly personal opinions & preferences such as it not being longer because you can probably get through a play-through in under an hour or less and just want more content to play, then secondly i would love the option to mess around or play with more of Tomboy Mia because ♥♥♥♥ YEAH TOMBOYS!! haha. so highly recommend this game if you want to try something new for a VN and hope to see another game for the series showing off more of Rosa, Mia, and maybe even another new GIRL (just an idea i hope the creator would consider aha). will keep a look out for more of ANDOU's games.

I loved this game! It actually took me by surprise. I had wanted it for a few years and never got around to it. Then I finally got it and kind of expected it to just be a short 2-30 minute game, but to my surprise, it turned out to be a very fun and engaging adult text-based dating adventure! In this game, when it is your turn to respond, you usually get to pick 1 of 3 response types (Dominant/Romantic/Friend). This will kind of steer and determine how your relationship with Rosa goes. I happened to pick mostly Romantic options and was quite pleased. At times, it almost feels lifelike, which I thought was neat and added to the level of engagement. It took me around 4 hours to complete, taking my time. I played on Steam Deck and it was a good experience. I only wish that it was longer, with more dates and that [spoiler]at the end, the player was actually able to go on that real, IRL date with Rosa, so it made the game feel complete. Also would have really liked the game to continue on after Rosa presumably moves in for a IRL relationship.[/spoiler] I know that the Devs literally just released their brand new game, Third Crisis: Neon Nights, but I truly hope that they revisit this game and make a sequel or add a big DLC addition. There's something special here. I also really enjoyed the audio logs and media throughout. It definitely adds to the experience and makes the player feel involved. But mostly, even more than the spicy content, it felt like a nice dating game! [spoiler] ...Aside from Rosa's annoying friend, who comes on too strong IMO. I didn't like her arc/involvement. I would have just liked the game to be 1-on-1 between the player and Rosa.[/spoiler] I'd give this game a 4/5 and a cheerful recommendation!

Fun game! One of the more wholesome/slightly versatile pre-set dating sims ^^ The art style is very cute and the voice messages are a nice touch~. Got the Dom/Sub ending 1st as I've played into the character's kinks, and I liked it! Altho, went with the Romance ending 2nd since it was kind-of the main plan originally :sob:, I didn't think kinks would change the dynamic so much but hey! The more you know :3 Like most people said, it's a shame we don't get to do anything with the character in-person rather than in-text, but that could be an avenue you could explore in the next game perhaps! Would love to see more of Rosa, well, and her (our?) friend :)
