You're a young female doctor stepping into the lion's den of five brilliant surgeons. Every failure here is deadly, but one may show you what it takes to succeed. We don't deal in miracles or pretty lies. All we have is hope. “I'll do whatever it takes to save you.”

I've played a lot of voltage games, this is deff one of the best ones I have played by them, I'm not even done with one whole route yet but the story is engaging and the art is beautiful. I love the mc in it and how relatable she is. I put this one up there with oops I said yes and masquerade kiss. If anything changes I'll update this review but I can see this being one of my top 5 voltage games.
All the stories are deep and well-written. I especially like the part that MC and her friend enjoy playing games and reading manga. That really rellevants to otome players like us, isn't it ? Not to mention all the boys respect her bias too. I also love each patient's story. Somehow reading these teaches me more about life. This is a wonderful game.
This one hits different when you're actually working in the medical field yourself- surprised myself when I felt for the characters during some points of the story. (Even though, I've just barely finished one character's story- it seems each guy's story is about 10+ hours worth of content if you take the time) Started off with a character who I thought I would hate, turns out he's just like me fr lmao
v社一如既往的量大管饱啊哇咔咔 快快把其他的移植端上来罢 男通实在没绷住,但是剧情确实好,能不能回归之前的后日谈模式啊别搞创新创人了求求
I eventually had to stop playing because I simply couldn't handle the writing anymore. While a naive protagonist who lets everyone walk over them is a common trope, it feels completely out of place here given that the main character is supposed to be a doctor. The way other characters constantly disregard her professional wishes and autonomy is incredibly jarring. These tired tropes just don't fit the setting and made for a frustrating experience. The story might improve later on, but I’m not willing to sink more time into a "maybe." This will get a refund, and I will spend the money on one of the other, far more rewarding games on this platform. If you’re still curious, I strongly suggest waiting for at least a 50% discount; at full price, it’s not worth it at all.
I've played quite a few Voltage games, and so far this is one of the best. I like the fact that it's on the longer side, with main story containing 29 chapters and 2 endings depending on your choices. This lets the characters develop in a more natural way, and the reader has more time to explore the characters' backstories and personalities. The stories are also very engaging, and I even shed some tears on my second chose storyline. In addition, the options for answers can trigger additional scenes, which don't change the overall plot too much, but allow for a deeper understanding of some of the moral conflicts in the game. Secondly, unlike many of the other games from this publisher, the MC is not overly shy — in fact, she is quite relatable in many aspects. There's also a lot of friendly banter between her and the other characters, a bit too much sometimes, even, but still, the game creates an engaging atmosphere. Thirdly, I enjoyed the fact that most side characters in the game have names: for comparison, in some other instalments side characters could be just referred to as Girl A, Girl B, Man or Woman with baby, but here you will often see first and last names. Also, plot-relevant side characters also have sprites, which really adds to the immersion. Finally, this game has a greater variety of backgrounds. Some are still reused from other games, but the number of backgrounds unique to this particular game is probably the greatest compared to other Voltage games set in modern world. Here are, however, some of its drawbacks: First, there is a bit of an issue with sprites and scene changes. The sprites don't always load correctly: sometimes the character on screen has the wrong facial expression, sometimes it's a sprite of the wrong character, sometimes there's no sprite at all. In one of the storylines, for example, the character spends a couple chapters with her love interest, but his sprite won't load, so there's just background images on screen. Secondly, it looks like there's a visual bug with the Love Meter? I sometimes save before choosing an answer and then reload to change my choice, but oftentimes it seems like both option don't contribute to the Love Meter. In one of the storylines that I finished, I somehow got a super happy ending, when according to Love Meter, I wasn't even close to it. I'm not sure if this issue will be fixed, just something to keep in mind. EDITED TO ADD: Another point of criticism I can mention after completing a couple more storylines is that sometimes the endings don't continue the previous scene. For example, in one story in the final chapter the characters were in the OR, but in the ending that follows after the chapter they suddenly are in the park and were having a long talk. It's not just one such case, there are a few of them, which breaks the immersion somewhat. All in all, I really enjoy this game and I still have four characters to explore. It's a very relaxing and engaging read that helps me unwind after a long day.
Realistic, emotional and moving story. Recommend!
