Rolled Out!

Backed this game before the steam launch. Sad to say i don't think it will ever be finished

Has/Had promise. hasn't been updated in over 21 months as of writing. it's very much like super monkey ball but without the charm of it, it's probably due to it being Early Access but that doesn't matter when you don't update your game.

Literally not playable. I got to a level in normal difficulty, which was only about 25 minutes into my playtime, that does not have a goal. It seems like the level was designed to be a bonus level, but if you fall out it brings you back to the same level and takes a life away. As far as I could tell there was no way to get past this level. If that's not enough of a reason to stay away from this game, the lack of controller support within the menus is completely unacceptable.

Abandoned early access but still fun and solid gameplay The game is hella fun, with tight controls and an abundance of fun levels. If you enjoyed Super Monkey Ball 1 or 2, then you'll feel right at home here. HOWEVER!!! The early access game has been abandoned for 2 years and the UI controls is barely usable, especially on gamepad. While the main gameplay is optimized greately, anything else can make even starting the game unbearable so keep that in mind.

This isn't really a BAD game per se. If you're big on the original Monkey Ball games, it IS a really good recreation of the original gameplay with a lot of creative level design inspired by (and occasionally lifted from) ROM hacks. BUT. The game's been all but abandoned by the dev team. It's been well over 2 years now since the Expert update and unfortunately the game is still RIFE with issues, like a not-so-controller-friendly UI for menus and lack of stuff like customizable lives counters (IIRC). It's not the kinda game you should go into unless you're desperate for OG Monkey Ball gameplay. And even then you have better options like Ballygon or Paperball.

Backed this. I think I got the special features or something. Idk. Never saw them or multiplayer. This is still being developed right? Dev didn't get bored with it I hope and just walk off with backer money. I'm removing this from my account regardless. Waste of money. I need to be smarter next time. Last time I played it was like playing a tech demo, not a game.

Game's dead. Screw devs who do this. Still not even half finished with no update in nearly 2 years.
