Rolled Out!

Backed this. I think I got the special features or something. Idk. Never saw them or multiplayer. This is still being developed right? Dev didn't get bored with it I hope and just walk off with backer money. I'm removing this from my account regardless. Waste of money. I need to be smarter next time. Last time I played it was like playing a tech demo, not a game.

Was fun and looked promising but abandoned by dev for 2+ years now

I was extremely hyped for this game, and it's enjoyable as a fan of super monkey ball, however this game has been abandoned by the developers. Almost 2 years since the last update, and the developers have seemingly dropped off the face of the planet.

Its fun if you are really desperate for a monkey ball like that isnt monkey ball. Unfortunately seems like it will never leave EA though. Cute game with some fun to be had but whether its worth the money or not is debatable

I love the idea of this game. It's a wonderful spiritual successor to the original two Super Monkey Ball games, but it's development has been at a standstill for literally nearly 2 years (at the time of writing this review). It's heartbreaking to see a project like this that has so much potential to be so good just seemingly abandoned. Ultimately, the stages are really fun. The little animals you can play as are really cute, the announcer is very unique and the stages and music are very liminal yet calming. But, menus do not work as they should, controller support is very iffy, plenty of features that should've been in the game by now aren't, some stages (particularly bonus stages) just flat out won't have a proper goal set so you have to leave your runthrough in order to keep playing. Generally, I'm more sad than I am dissapointed. This game is so fun for what it is but it doesn't look like it's going to receive any more updates and that really sucks.

The standard difficulty is impossible to beat do to a level that is meant to be a bonus stage, just isn't set as one. It's been 3 years, and the developers still hasn't fixed this. Don't buy this, Just play Paperball instead.

Fun game, but disappointed as a backer since it won't seem to leave early access, especially because it could use with some polish. Check out Monkeyed Ball by the same dev, solid mod of Super Monkey Ball 2. Don't spend your money on this unless it continues development, there's plenty of alternatives.

I do like this game but unfortunately, there's been no update from the dev in ~2 years. At the very least just say that you've abandoned the game.
