Ранее я не слышал об этой вселенной в принципе. Видел где-то арты по Сэму и Максу, но значения особо не предавал. По сути, эта игра и есть первое знакомство. Я даже был удивлён, когда увидел что даже мульт есть 90х годов по этим двум , кстати довольно годный мульт от рисовки, анимации и озвучки которого ностальгией сводит. Мне очень понравилась эта вселенная, понравились персонажи, понравился юмор , нелепость и забавность, сюжет в целом, их приключения. Но ♥♥♥, как же всё портит этот геймплей.. банальной душной поинт клик ху.ни.. Просто отвратительно. Когда тебе приходится ходить и облизывать каждый угол, каждый предмет, каждый диалог и тыкаться во всё , обо всё и обо всех. Применять одно к другому, что никак не стыкуется логически(чаще всего). И не дай бог упустишь что-то. Терпеть этот жанр не могу, а именно то как его некоторые(большинство) преподносят. По.уй подумал я, ничего страшного, гайд подсмотрю на крайняк, если будет очень душно, но тут игра добила. Просто на второй главе в гробнице сэммун-мака не появляется диалог с кротом про Штутгарт, я уже гайды все облизал , локи все заново перепрошёл, всё перетыкал и ни.уя . Просто нет этого диалога. Я ставлю отрицательную оценку именно за этот баг, софтлок или как угодно называйте. С душным геймплеем поинт клика я уже был готов смириться и при покупке предполагал, что тут всё будет по "канону" этого жанра. К слову, видел в обзорах ещё одного человека со схожей проблемой. Пойду лучше мульт посмотрю. :_)

I Sammed and Maxxed until the devil played in my house

This one is different from Save the World. It took a while to get into the story, but it grabbed me after a while. The writers had too much fun with this. Almost finish with it and can't wait to see the ending.

The last game from the series so far, and with a crazier adventure than the others to boot, if you liked the previous games you'll like this one, but be warned its a bit harder on the puzzles with the whole toys system added, but it's still worth a playthrough even if you get stuck ocasionally. Ran fine at 55-60 fps on my deck without tweaking anything, a tad toasty though since i could hear the fan going a bit crazy sometimes. Stay for the after credits scene!

I was planning on singing "Starman" after fully finishing the game, but I just couldn't get myself to do so and just cried. I love this game a lot...

One of the best games I think I've ever played. Sam & Max's most insane, emotional and reality breaking adventure ever! Sam and his partner, Max, the hyperkinetic rabbitty thingy must confront alien invasions, solve an over 100 year old mystery, stop a reanimated psychic Pharoah, survive the clone apocalypse and confront their deepest, darkest fears! The Telltale Trilogy has been given new life by the Skunkape Team, and Devil's Playhouse is no exception. Restored cut content, gorgeous visuals and nonstop laughs... the ending may even make you a little emotional. If you haven't played it yet, please do! It's a good price, a great game and you get the original version from 2010 completely free as a DLC!

My favourite game in the trilogy personally, great game.

This is one of the best point+click games I have ever played, if not *the* best. The cinematography, the writing, the humor, are all phenomenal. The high production quality and animations are something you rarely see in gaming. The animations felt like you were playing an animated movie or cartoon. I absolutely loved this game. I cannot recommend this game highly enough.

Its the most ambitious of the three games with lots of fun and novel mechanics and settings, its also just a very well executed game. it fundamentally moves away from the format of the first 2 games with things like the story not really being tied to the main home street itself, which is what gives the formula the room for innovation. theres a lot more locations within the individual chapters & with the added depth of all the toys of power you gain and your altering possesion of them means theres lots of things to try and think about alongside the standard inventory of random items. the toys of power themselves are all pretty cool and solve a number of various problems like hints/tips (which is a seamless fix if you think about it) and seeing things differently, the variety of wacky powers also just makes things more fun. jigoplasty is my favourite all of this including the new & returning characters + the smaller changes like more expressive faces and new ui and etc make this game the biggest and most special my only nitpick is they completely scrapped bosco :(
