Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Sep 14 → 0.4/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Rise of the Third Power is a love letter to the golden age of console RPGs, blending nostalgic pixel art and classic turn-based gameplay with modern conveniences like auto-save, streamlined progression, and refined game design. Combining the best of Japanese and Western RPG traditions, it delivers a sweeping adventure of war, politics, and unforgettable heroes.

STORY DRIVEN - Join a party of eight, each with their own unique ambitions, perspectives and personalities as they embark upon a suicide mission to topple the Arkadyan emperor, Dimitri Noraskov. A blend of humor, drama and tragedy await players as they navigate the treacherous world of Rin.
POLITICAL INTRIGUE - As the world of Rin recovers from the Great War, the balance of power remains badly skewed, with vacuums of power still waiting to be filled. The player's party will be both beset and aided by schemers, liars and betrayers, all while the clock ticks down to a reprise of the greatest war in human history.
CUSTOM BATTLE SYSTEM - Rise of the Third Power offers eight playable characters in a battle system built from scratch, each with their own strengths and weaknesses, all of whom are meant to participate in battle simultaneously without the need for tedious party management. Combine each character's unique powers and disadvantages, analyze the abilities of your foes, set your formation and charge into battle.
PERSISTENT EQUIPMENT - Each piece of equipment found, purchased or stolen is a permanent, unique upgrade for each character. Instead of purchasing replacements, the player purchases upgrades. No more buying that awesome helmet back in town only to stumble over a better one as treasure in a dungeon. Each character has 2 weapons, an accessory, and 10 equipment slots to craft upgrades for, with 80 craftables in total. This system avoids the tedium of inventory management, while also giving the completionist something useful to hunt for.

Fifteen years after the Great War, the world stands on the brink of another catastrophe. The Arkadyan Empire has risen from the ashes under the charismatic and ruthless Dimitri Noraskov, whose relentless expansion threatens to plunge the continent into a new era of bloodshed.
Determined to stop history from repeating itself, the young prince Rowan joins forces with the brilliant spy Corrina and the mysterious princess Arielle. Together, the three embark on a dangerous journey across a politically fractured world, forging unlikely alliances, confronting powerful enemies, and uncovering conspiracies that could decide the fate of nations.
As war draws ever closer, their choices will shape the future of the continent—and determine whether peace still has a chance to survive.

超高性价比的日式RPG,二三十能玩到真是超值,最高难度不是单纯堆数值,能有一定策略性这点已经很少见了

I just finished the game, and what a satisfying adventure it was. The writing was fantastic and kept me fully invested in the main thread while also endearing me to each of the characters. Combat was satisfying, and the exhaustion mechanic did a good job of encouraging me to learn the strengths of each different character and experiment with different combos and strategies. My one minor complaint is that I wish there were more interesting things to find in chests. Due to how the equipment works more as upgrades most of the chests had either a healing item or an item you sell for money.

Underrated Game! Great Story and Great Characters!
将就吧,整体战斗体验和剧情都不如上一作就是
I've been on a nostalgia kick, but this story exceeded my expectations. This was just the game I needed to play! I was looking for something like this after playing, of course Ara Fell (produced by the same devs) but also like the Aveyond game series. I know a lot of people have been put off by the art design of the characters, I can understand that, but this game is 100% worth a shot, if you like the old RPG look and ESPECIALLY if you buy during a Steam sale. Plus, it really grows on you and really showcase their personalities. This will definitely be a game I replay again and again.
Very good game. I just realized I hadn’t given it a review, and although it’s been too long to probably give a hugely detailed review, it definitely deserves a positive one. What I do remember is: Pros: —fun combat, not too difficult; various difficulty options —interesting, complex (at times) story; twists & turns that kept me engaged —characters I actually came to care about; hilarious ball-busting interactions at times. For all the game’s serious moments, it also had moments of just complete & total levity that kept it from getting too intense for too long. —beautiful pixel graphics (I believe it’s RPG-maker, but was revamped enough that it doesn’t have that generic “RPGM look” to it at all) —long game time, if that’s what you like (and I do, if the game holds my interest) Cons: —I don’t really feel like there were any, tbh. Nothing that stood out enough for me to remember from a few months ago, anyway. I will say, the ending left me wondering about a character or two. So my guess is that there may possibly be another game coming in the future, which would be awesome.
A instant classic for me in the 2D RPG ! 9/10
