Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.86/day in the week to Aug 20 → 1.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This is like darksoul of turn based tactic RPG game, very under rated. My brain was cooked. Overall 9.5/10 (the minus part is from how annoying some stealth/puzzle mission is) If you have finished FFT, or game like fire emblem you're probably gonna like this one.

I really loved my time with this game. While the stealth missions can be grating at times and the game itself can be very punishing, I felt the overall experience was satisfying and it is definitely one of my favorite SRPGs. The story, art, and music were also phenomenal and I find myself thinking back on it frequently, 9/10.

Story is in-depth and engaging, with a great focus on the world-building. This offers a greater prospective into the overall lore of gfl and continues the franchise's themes of struggle against insurmountable odds and yz's favourite 爱与希望. Gameplay is fun and not too difficult on standard difficulty, and the enemies are varied and interesting.
Great game, with an obscene amount of content for a single playthrough. I completed the main story probably somewhere at around the 76 hour mark total (78 at the moment), and there is still collectibles to pick up, some maps to redo in S rank, and a single node I didn't complete beforehand because I wanted to get to the end of the story sooner. And that's not even including the alternative mode that more faithfully recreates the original Codename: Bakery Girl (this remake was expanded and remade to accommodate lore introduced by the Girls' Frontline games). Highlighting the length of the game aside, and going into the actual gameplay; it's a turn based game, described as XCOM like. I've never played XCOM so I can't comment on that, but the game features both combat and stealth portions (and some puzzles to go along with it). Where the combat is concerned; as the story progresses, you will be able to play as several characters (up to six, on the average upper count). All of them use weapons of their own (eventually unlock an extra one or two), with these weapons being further enhanceable and customizeable. All of them feel like they play distinct roles both in terms of their equipment and abilities, with the abilities also being customizeable and enhanceable to mix and amtch as you deem best. Both of these can be reset with the appropriate reset disks and such, so investments aren't irreversible (although you can't perpetually reset). The items that exist in game comprise of consumables (healing and power ups), offensive deployables (turrets), defensive deployables (decoys and and barriers), an assortment of grenades and mines, rocket launchers, and, among others, a number of novelty items that allow for creative strategies (one such item allowed me to defeat the final boss more quickly). The items themselves can for the most part, be crafted or upgraded/modified into other items, with a great deal of these items belonging to an upgrade tree that improves them, so that they remain relevant throughout the game. As for the story; it's very enjoyable, but I'd recommend that you take it slow, especially if you haven't played any of the Girls' Frontline games. While RC is not directly tied to them (and therefore you aren't at a loss as you might be if you're playing GFL2) it still happens in the same overall universe, and there's a fair bit of stuff that's already going to be understood if you have played it before. Furthermore, YZ's writing is.. certainly distinctive, and it's going to be easier to follow if you're already familiar with his previous works. All in all, highly recommended if you're interested in this sort of genre and if you are looking for a story driven game (and particularly if you like heavy lore driven games), especially given the playtime you can expect to get out of it.
This game is amazing! Quite possibly my GOTY a year late. The art is awesome, gameplay is super fun and challenging, even for someone who isn't a strategy game expert, and the story is engaging, albeit the characters being a bit cliche at times. My main gripe is it's too short and only took me about 140ish hours to beat :( lol. I got it on sale for less than $20 and after playing bought the DLC just to support the team who made it. I hope there can be more of this in the future. 10/10
ONE of the best games. Amazing ambiance, good music. It feels like an anime. Great Voice actors and if you watch a lot of subs you will enjoy this treat. Game play is fun and exciting. There is a lot of different missions and as someone who hates stealth in general I love this game stealth. There is a lot of choice and strong story theme branching. The game is also long- 60hours for my first playthrough. The gadget's and gizmos are not just there they aid your playthrough and help you become very tactical. The main character is awesome but I actually loved how the other characters are synergist in nature- meaning that they feel strong but not out of place in realism. The game has a complex re-do the mission chapter branches that feel like their is a ending and then an ideal ending for those who which to track down all the stuff. The amount of enemies, variety, and doing different missions despite replaying things makes it fresh. Amazing mix. If you want something worth the money, or like anime, or love complex yet fun stories, or like good games. Their are few games that match beauty and fun in one title. Id recomend.
