Revenge Of Noxi

I like the nostalgia of a Ninja Gaiden / Shinobi action platformer, but everything in this game is executed poorly. Graphics, sounds, enemy design, controls, level design; nothing here is worth it. It is also janky and I often glitched out of bounds and had to restart the level. At least it is cheap and it lasts lest than one hour, but I can't recommend it at all, even if I can see the intent behind it.

Beat this on hard, it's uh... hard to say how I feel about it really. I had fun with it, mainly because it was like a fever dream and the cutscenes made me laugh. Enjoyable experience, but if someone was asking to be recommended a good game, I couldn't recommend this. Go in expecting something weird and janky though, and you will have a good time.

Простенький платформер в пиксельарте. Стоит ли его покупать? Решать Вам, пройти его можно за 30 минут не напрягаясь. Плохого сказать нечего - вроде багов не было, а для такой игры это единственный возможный косяк. Лично я - купил бы только на скидках от 80%

Eu joguei e platinei o jogo em menos de uma hora, é bem curtinho mesmo, mas! É muito bom de jogar, eu teria comprado se não tivesse recebido de graça um bom tempo atrás. Só lembrei de dar avaliação pra esse jogo hoje :p Mas o jogo é MUITO bom, eu amei e amei.

Dreadful garbage. It took me 34 minutes to beat the game and at least 10 of those minutes were spent relaunching the game and replaying levels because it crashes all the time. When it doesn't crash, you get an abysmal looking Shinobi knock off that plays worse than the 1989 game that it's "inspired" by. Graphics are made in MS Paint, your attacks change at random, enemies clip through walls, and hit detection makes no sense. I don't care how cheap it is, this shouldn't be sold. Juego recomendado para quienes disfrutan de las experiencias Indies, tiene buen diseño y buenas ideas, aunque quizá necesita mejoras en optimización, y algunas hitboxes. En general disfrutable y es económico. Si eres exigente en los juegos que compras quizá no sea lo tuyo. Pero si gustas pasar un ratito de diversión o ganar logros fáciles y económicos, esta es tu oportunidad!

MAN, what a great price! I played pre-release and completed Revenge of Noxi in an hour and a half with a smile on my face. Switch between 4 ninjas on the fly and use your chosen character for the given situation. If you grew up in the 1970's, you'll be taken back by all the nostalgia.
