Retro Rewind - Video Store Simulator

It is so fun they make good updates and there is so much to do.

Retro Rewind delivers a nice, nostalgic experience that, if you lived through the era, feels familiar without trying too hard. The simplistic visual style works well, and the animations show a level of attention to detail that caught me off guard… in a good way, especially the eye movements. I reached 100% completion in 24.4 hours, and the pacing felt steady throughout. It’s a chill straightforward throwback that does exactly what it sets out to do, and it does it well.

老實說，非常無聊。完全不懂這個壓倒性好評到底是怎麼來的。 原本以為是自己有問題，玩不出這款遊戲的好，硬是玩了20級，但只感受到越來越無聊，還是無法發現有趣的地方在哪。 大部份的片子都是幾個圖片元素變個位置排列組合而成，沒啥收集的慾望，比較有趣的是新片，新片就有特別生梗圖出來，這部份算是遊戲的亮點之一，但也就是這樣，而且新片要五六天才會生一片，後期遊戲玩一天玩一半我就想睡了。 雪泥、爆米花和棉花糖設備很浪費時間，而且賺不到幾多錢，遊戲就是一直刷條碼、把還來的片子放回架上、進不知所謂的片子，也不用管片子是不是重複，反正客人架上有就會租，沒有啥經營的要素，就很無聊。 目前狀況就算打折也不推薦買，真的沒什麼可玩性。

After 36+ hours and reaching 100% completion, I can confidently say this was one of the most enjoyable simulator games I've played in a long time. The gameplay loop is relaxing, satisfying, and somehow kept me coming back for "just one more day" over and over. Building up the store, expanding, managing inventory, and chasing every achievement never felt like a chore. The progression is well-paced, and there was always another goal to work toward. What really stood out to me is the atmosphere. It perfectly captures the nostalgia of the video rental era while still feeling like a modern simulator. The developers have clearly put a lot of care into the little details, and it shows throughout the experience. If you're a fan of simulator or management games, or you just want something relaxing with a nostalgic vibe, I highly recommend picking this up. Looking forward to seeing what the developers add in future updates!
