Regiments is a Real-Time Tactics game set in Germany 1989. The Cold War has gone hot, and the inferno is raging. Lead your Regiment through the fires of conflict and the fog of war. Break through the lines, call in artillery, maneuver, feign retreats, stage defenses, counter-attack. Do not relent.

A far more superior war game than all the rest, Microprose has done it again...
My favorite Wargame/RTS, simple to learn but with alot of replayability, and fantastic for quick matches. Also love that it was built exclusively around a single player experience. If you always wanted to play something like Wargame or Warno but with better single player and less micro, then this is worth getting.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A nice RTS Game. Not very hard, not very easy. If you're looking for a strategy game based on the Cold War, Regiments is worth a shot.
Хорошая игра, жаль что мультиплеера нету. Могла бы жить сейчас возможно лучше, чем некоторые игры той же тематики, что повыходили.
Игра очень понравилась, только хотелось бы добавления большего количества авиации и онлайна

positive review
Fantastic RTT/RTS game. You have to continuously strategize and be wary of weaknesses in the enemy lines, as well as your own ones and react by thinking ahead and resupply platoons accordingly. It is overall more macro-oriented, but you will also have to ocassionally micromanage units such that sightlines are optimized and any losses of platoons are prevented. The game also offers some degree of depth with platoons having different weapon loadouts and equipments stats. Also when playing the operations you have to make careful decisions on how to replenish any losses in your regiment and which abilities are most useful to be upgraded for the next phase. The only downside I see with this game is that even though having an encyclopedia, the 'Regipedia', integrated, it is lacking in parts some documentation of a few mechanics. The missions/operations are all fantastic, but unfortunately you do not get much information in the preparation phase on how the environment of the next map looks. There is a minimap displayed in the operation screen, but it is more "symbolically" and is also the same for all campaigns. So you have to do some guesswork on whether you put emphasis on tanks, mechanized infantry or reconnaissance/long-range equipment in any upcoming battles. In any case, it wasn't luckily much of a problem for me, so maybe the minimap icon placement is representative of the environment you encounter. In some missions it is not wise to go directly for the victory zones, but instead capture specific surrounding areas first instead. The game subtly nudges you to do so by giving more operational authoritiy / supply points to non-victory capture zones, but will not tell you explicitly. So one should ocassioanly pay some attention to how the map is structured and which zones provide the most supplies. In any case, it can be very difficult to recover from any mission in which you started out advancing along the wrong routes or to the wrong capture zones in the beginning, because they seemed to lead faster to victory. Overall, the campaign is fun and if it would have some additional narration or cutscenes it would be nothing far off a game the likes of World in Conflict. So in total, I can fully recommend this game! It is a fantastic piece of work for coming from a very small indie development team.
On the surface this might come across as a game that owes absolutely everything to the Eugen systems RTS games, To be fair Regiments has its own positives when put up against the likes of Warno and Red Dragon. It's easier on the eyes and less cluttered and has a much easier learning curve. Perhaps the best thing is that it gives you casualty figures that usually has a ratio of three or four wounded for one soldier killed. One thing that might be divisive is that you can't build a deck but you've still got a wide choice of composition as to how your regiment is constructed So yes Regiments comes recommended though you probably won't spend countless hours playing it though with the Steam Summer sale on you've no excuse for nor buying it
Very fun. Definitely worth the $30 for the amount of content you get. Gameplay is like Warno mixed with World in Conflict.
