Red Trigger is an FPS Puzzle game inspired by Portal, Antichamber and more. Use a gun that can expand or retract red blocks. The catch? You can only expand three blocks at a time - so you need to manage your energy wisely.

Regarded Game STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It makes me start from the beginning if I die too much when advancing through levels.
Mediocre puzzle game. It is low budget and I don't have a problem with that, but some levels feel weird and you don't understand where to go next. The scanner feels more like an easter egg, rather than something usable. Motion in this game feels weird and makes me feel nauseous when playing. The dialog feels low budget, but I enjoyed the voices, but it's funny how the NPC just T-poses you while talking. I couldn't finish the game, but I respect the developer for creating this on a small budget.

Since I got it when it was still the old free version, this review is marked accordingly. Old version was a little buggy and glitchy but fun and relatively easy to complete, never bothered with speedrun achievements. Years later was updated in place to current public release version along with making it paid (honoring previous ownership, that is good already). What you're getting here is still good and has all gamers' belowed graphical updates, lore tidbits, new misc puzzles, gimmicks, etc, etc. I prefer original though, was no-nonsence puzzler and run arguably better. Also, yess, playtime on my account is pretty much several full playthroughs.
Honestly quite an enjoyable game. I had it in my library for quite some time and never got around to playing it, what a disservice to what amounts to an enjoyable platform shooter. I highly recommend everyone gives this game a chance! 10/10
First played this game a couple of years ago, maybe 2018? This was a short, beautiful and fun game to walkthrough, but now I cannot recommend this game. After an update, that introduced the price, the level design rework and a voiceover. Physics are trash, there is no momentum your character carries while jumping from moving objects, at the end of the run VERTICAL platforms started pushing me to the side, so I kinda got stuck, voiceover is BIZARRE at best and overall performance is just worse. Saw RT2 on Steam. Maybe it will be better? Only time will show. But for now - negative rating
A neat little FPS-puzzle game that hits a lot of the right notes. The mechanic of shooting red blocks to expand/retract them and build platforms or block lasers feels clever. It’s short and compact, so it doesn’t overstay its welcome, but delivers consistent brain-teasing fun. If you enjoy games that mix shooting, platforming and clever level design, it’s totally worth a try.
