REAL ESTATE Simulator - FROM BUM TO MILLIONAIRE

Very repetitive, very grindy, missing a good tutorial. Not enough to get me to buy the number 2 version. 4/10

Great concept. Will play again. But the naked guy with a tool kit wrecks it. No update in over a year, and lots of others having the same issue with the guy

Unfortunately, this game is extremely repetitive. It’s a classic wash, rinse, repeat experience: you keep doing the exact same tasks over and over, with almost no meaningful changes or evolution in gameplay. After just a few hours, you’ve basically seen everything the game has to offer. The content is very shallow. The real estate mechanics are overly simplistic and lack any real depth or strategic decision-making. Nothing you do feels impactful in the long run — progression is linear, predictable, and boring. There is also a serious lack of variety: -> Very limited property types -> Generic NPCs with no personality -> Repetitive missions with no surprises or dynamic events -> A progression system that feels automated and uninspired NPC AI is weak and often buggy, and the world feels empty and lifeless. There’s no real sense of building or managing a growing real estate empire. On top of that, the game suffers from: -> Frequent bugs -> Clunky or stiff animations -> Inconsistent performance -> A very basic, almost mobile-game-like interface What’s even more disappointing is that all games from this same developer seems exactly the same. They reuse the same graphics, the same environments, and the same overall structure across multiple titles. The only real difference between their games is the set of tasks and the game’s name. It feels like reskinned copies rather than new or improved experiences. Instead of fixing bugs, adding depth, or meaningfully expanding this game, the developers seem more interested in releasing a Real Estate Simulator 2 and charging players again, leaving this title feeling unfinished and neglected. In its current state, the game feels more like a prototype than a complete simulator. The idea has potential, but the execution is weak and does not justify the price.
