RD's Adventure Mini Golf

The other review found here is for the old version, as the new version is wellll Keep reading to learn more! I absolutely LOVE the Chip & Putt Edition of this game! The update not only fixed many issues, it also added much cooler gameplay mechanics as well! It feels sooooo rewarding to chip your shot from a distance for it to land in the cup! Also a Hole In One is soooo awesome! Not easy to do but again so rewarding! Also I love how the dev added Local and Steam Achievements! The best part is the dev does care and it shows. The Update and I use that term very loosely, is not an update at all but a complete do over, from the ground up and it really shows! Everything from camera and controls to the games visuals, re-done, re-imagined and MUCH MUCH Better! 10 out of 10 Dev! Keep up the amazing work! I look forward to buying and playing your future games as I know you will put your best foot forward and really pour your soul into the game! AWESOME!

Don't buy this game because they're not going to play it, they're just nervous. Because the control is IDIOTIC you want to set the shot force. Forget it because it's broken and you can't set it precisely. Eight minutes I was wondering how to take a shot and help in the game does not help, but more disturbs. If the author changes the control then it will be a great game because the music and graphics are great.

The 2000’s nostalgia feel for this game is quite spot on, quite more spot on than any other game designed to look and feel like this. I swear I played some sort of janky 3d browser game or Wii shovelware golf exactly like this 17-18 years ago. That being said, this game is [b]SO GOOD and AUTHENTIC[/b], that it suffers from the same basic issues you’d expect from 3d browser games or wii shovelware from 18 years ago. [list] [*]The controls are just kinda over complicated I say, and kinda clunky. [*]The game is slow, like after every turn you have to wait a few seconds, as if something is loading after every turn. [*]The physics feel weird, especially the acceleration and deceleration. It feels like those happen too quickly. [*]It is a bit too difficult to the point where it’s not fun I’d say. This would make modern kids rage, and I outgrew the patience I used to have when playing games like this. Maybe this guy just likes seeing his kid mad. [/list] But if you can overlook these issues (or just dismiss it as “charm”), you’ll definitely enjoy this nostalgic game (at least for a little while).

Only played for a couple of minutes, no game settings and the controls are just bad. Uninstalled.
