I like rats

Genuinely a delightful little game that I can see myself spending hours on without realizing how much time has passed. The price tag is just right for what the game has to offer currently. Gameplay is a little repetitive in the way I, personally, enjoy very much for this kind of game. There's plenty to learn, but much of it is intuitive enough that I don't need to have my hand held for every little decision One critique: - Keeping track of which rat is which is a little difficult, this could be improved if we could pause the game and access the rat's profiles to change names. Currently you can only access the wiki when the game is paused. Slow mode is helpful, but I still panic a bit to figure out who I need to sell/rename/etc.

This is SUCH A CUTE RAT BREEDING GAME!!! I absolutely adore genetics games, and I love that rat overflow allows you to have choice in the kind of rats you breed, while also having a paced out gameplay that keeps it interesting. I think the art style is adorable, and I am so happy I stumbled across this game by chance. It's genuinely such a cute and relaxing genetics game, I would recommend it to everyone who enjoys these kinds of games!

Nice breeding simulator. Takes some getting use to and misses music / sound effects. To the developer: can you please also make this engine for Syrian hamsters?

Really loving this game! Cant wait to see whats added next! Id love too see maybe categries/Tabs so you can organise your rats! and maybe if the breeding section was a little cleaner! Amazing game <3

A lovely little game, especially for genetic enthusiasts out there. Beautiful touches like the pinkies (day 1-7) gradually developing dark pigment so you start to see their markings. Automatically adding in discovered genetic traits to parents based on their offspring and being able to add your own tags to filter rats is amazing. Others have said they find it limiting not being able to pause the game outwith the wiki. I would say the "epic" gameplay speed is very slow and gives you plenty of time. Some features that I hope may be added in the future would be the ability to compare rats' stats side-by-side, and perhaps some goals/achievements e.g. to produce a specific coat colour for a buyer. Overall I think the game is worth the price in its current form anyway, if you like breeding and genetics games I would recommend you pick it up!

The time and love that has went into this game is apparent and the designs are precious! It is a fun gameplay loop without being crazy hard in anyway. As someone who has played many hours on games like lioden and howrse this is right up my alley.
