You are a slugcat. The world around you is full of danger, and you must face it – alone. Inspired by the simplicity and aesthetics of 16-bit classics, this survival platformer requires clever decision-making, both to catch your own prey and to avoid the jaws of hungry predators. Each ravenous foe in your path will be cunning, vicious and always on the hunt – eager to sink their teeth into you, or even each other. As a small, soft slugcat you must rely on stealth and wit rather than force: learn the ecosystem and turn their strengths to your advantage. Maybe then you can survive… Rain World!

awesome game, spoilers won't completely ruin your playthrough so don't be afraid to look some stuff up when you need help. i won't deny that i did google the map layouts whenever i got stuck. ive heard many stories of people quitting or taking breaks whenever they couldn't progress further. if you are getting impatient and losing hours of your time to this game, do not quit. I would highly recommend to just look up a map or turn to the internet to help. sometimes the problem will be that you're doing a jump wrong, skipping a shelter, going the wrong way, are completely lost, ect. there are plenty of situations where the game expects you to do something a certain way, and if you don't you get punished for it. in summary, i would suggest that before you completely give up on this game, search the internet for help and be patient (looking up a map/playthrough is better than quitting). rainworld is just a game and you should have fun with it.
Great game,played it in my nintendo and finished five campaigns but...where the cicadas really nessecary 🥲🥲, eitherways,one of my favorite games,I recommend it if you like raging
i played this game on xbox until getting it recently because of mods and stuff. i blinked and i'm already at 13 hours (i have around 70+ hours on console), this game is addicting. if you like hard games and platformers then get it, the downpour dlc is even better (can't speak for watcher, haven't gotten it yet) and basically contains an entire game at a price lower than the base game. the saddest part of the game (besides THAT ending as artificer) is when you inevitably 100% the game, which i luckily haven't reached. even then, there's lots of mods.
