Rager offers a unique take on the quite saturated VR rhythm game market, that stands out. The amount of levels is slightly low at the moment, but the foundation is good. Currently some levels are forced 360°, so make sure you have enough room for that. Overall it's a compelling package for the price. I was able to Playtest this for free.
Pretty good game from what I played so far. It's a stand in place rhytm game with simple combat and good music. If you're into that, then this is another one for you collection.
For fans of rhythm games like Beat Riders or (my fav) Synth Riders, this game is a no-brainer, and you don't need to read any further - just buy it and get your fix If that's not you though (or you have no previous experience with those games) then playing RAGER is like playing Jon Snow in a futuristic version of Game of Thrones You know that scene where the white walkers army is coming his way and all he has is a sword? Well, that's you in this game (except your sword changes every stage and the enemies come from all directions) If that sounds like a good time (and it should because it IS a good time!) then grab this game and enjoy hacking, slashing, punching and hammering your enemies for fun while dodging left, right and down at the same time. My only complaints? I want more! More stages (because the ones that are here are amazing and look super clear on PSVR2), more bosses (they are all unique and have their own move-sets) and more music (because what's here gets my blood pumping alright) Oh, and a way for my PSVR2 controller's wire to disappear so I can turn 360 without tripping over it! P.S. You could ofcourse play with the stage locked at 180 degrees (so you don't need to look behind) but the chaos is part of the fun so just embrace it!
Отличная Ритм-игра! Буду дальше играть!
Pretty amazing concept, but some of the Songs, especially the one in stage 1-3, give quite strong suno vibes and I suspect AI was involved with mode then the tutorial. I think thats OK while in early access, but please make sure the Soundtrack is real, then I'll give a full thumbs up.
This is an earlier review than I normally like, but it's fun and needs more attention. If you've played Until You Fall, you've got a general idea of what this is like, but instead of exploring through a roguelike area, you're standing in an arena with enemies coming in to the music's beat. Played through the campaign on normal difficulty, and it's a fun, fast paced workout that'll probably make it into my standard routine. Honestly, no real complaints so far beyond I wish that there was more to the campaign, but I haven't checked into any side content yet.
Lovin it, I improved my streaming area so that I could stream this in mixed reality. Im glad that I have something rhythm like that I can play now. I just need to get stonger so I can play for a longer period of time. I like the 360 degree mode, but also love the 180 degree mode for people who can't do 360 degrees. I also really enjoy the weapons you get to try. My favorite is the staff. Suggest you have good VR legs for the 360 degree version.
It's like beat saber but you kill things, and also really fun movement! I'd like to see some kind of custom levels feature, but overall really fun game that deserves more love!
Great solid Rhythm game! Combat is really good, 3 different difficult modes and Love the difference in weapons in RAGER VR. Where you fight robots using fists, swords, hammers, and more all in sync with the music. Think Pistol Whip meets Until You Fall, but shorter, faster, and more focused on timing than exploration.
