Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.71/day in the week to Jul 30 → 0.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Rage 2 is a underrated gem but also a pretty mediocre ass game Pros - Combat. This game has some of the most fun gunplay I've ever experienced and it single handedly carried me throughout the entire game and its basically not even worth playing if It wasn't so amazing. The guns feel great, some aren't as good as others but each have a somewhat interesting design that make them unique from each other and there's a decent amount of variety but I wish there was a little more here. Abilities are also super fun and give some dynamic options to use in fight. Everything regarding gameplay is amazing, smooth and addicting and its clear this was the main focus from the devs. Overdrive - You go sicko mode and proceed to unalive everything in your path and its glorious, I also really loved how every gun had a different overdrive mode, made gunplay all the more satisfying and fun. Graphics - This game looks really good, its has a somewhat vibrant and colorful atmosphere that has a much different look and tone compared to the original Rage. Cons - Story - yea... the story sucks ass, its a nothing burger of a story that has no stakes, no interesting characters, awful dialogue that draggggsssss. You'll be in agony the entire time whenever someone is yapping your ear off and its NEVER interesting or worth listening to. I was impressed with how little this story had to it, you do like 7-8 missions and the story is over. Missions are okay, the villain sucks, just spouts nothing but annoying and cringe worthy evil nonsense, ending sucks, everything going on with this "Story" is not worth any of your time or attention. Driving - Driving kinda stinks just use the phoenix and nothing else, they all suck and arent fun to drive at all. Get use to flying off cliffs at times trying to handle the janky driving controls, oh yeah and the races suck too. Open World - Big world with nothing cool to see, absolute lifeless and pointless open world that just has the same 5 activities repeated about 200 times to fill out this barren and empty area. You may see like 3 neat things, but that's it. Here's the main things you can do Bandit Dens/Pit Stops/Road Blocks - These are actually good, just run in and annihilate every person you see moving and you will have a blast Crusher Nest - Meh, bland mutant enemies and you destroy their nests. Sentries - Also meh, kinda easy and you just spam the obvious big blue target and dodge the projectiles they spam at you Arks - Fun, getting new abilities and guns are always a good time Meteorites - Theses are painfully boring, kill like 5 bad dudes and hold ctrl picking up feltrite for 3 minutes Lost Rangers - Snooze. Mutant Boss Fights - Easy and repetitive, use overdrive and spam the rocket launcher at it and dodge the same 3 boring attacks it has. Overall, get this game on a sale and run around and blast every bad guy you see and you will have a awesome time with the amazing fast paced combat. If you're looking for anything else good here its just gonna hurt your feelings.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 16: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Gameplay
RAGE 2 is a sandbox FPS game set in a post-apocalyptic world, similar to Mad Max and Fallout. You play as the last ranger. Your goal is to destroy the general and his army, who attacked your base at the start of the game, and bring peace and order to the Wasteland. There are also different bandit factions in the game, and you can make the region safe by destroying their bases. You can find special places called Arks, which give your character cool powers and weapons. You can drive your vehicle to explore different locations on the map and gather loot. Additionally, you can chase enemy convoys and use the loot to upgrade your vehicle
Graphics
I think the graphics of the game are very good. The Wasteland map is well-designed. I really liked the visuals such as explosions, death animations and the environment. Considering the release date of the game it has great graphics.
Audio
The sound effects in the game are also among the things I liked. I especially enjoyed the voices and shouting of the enemies while fighting them. I usually played with the music turned off.
Story
You play as the last ranger in the world, living with your foster mother in a military base called Vineland. At the start of the game, your main enemy, the general, attacks the base with a mutant army and kills almost everyone, including your foster mother. Your goal is to complete "Project Dagger", a mission left behind by your mother. With the help of your allies in the Wasteland, you destroy the general. To do this, you help your allies and complete your ranger duties by clearing out bandit dens across the Wasteland.
Difficulty
The game is not very hard, and it gets easier when you get new abilities and weapons. Personally, the boss fights felt easy to me. When you attack enemy bases on the map, you should check their difficulty levels. I can say that the Shrouded faction is the hardest bandit group. Also, beware of those Transformers-like flame-throwing robots in the River Hogs group. The Goons are usually easy, but you should be careful with the ones who fight with shields.
after trying multiple times over the years to try to play and enjoy this game i think its just not for me. i loved rage 1 but something about this game just feels awful
It was one of my favorite games, until I realized that purchasing the Deluxe Edition was not the complete package. Instead it is an introduction to in-game MTX using "Rage 2 Coins". The Terrormania Expansion, and other things are not included and must be bought with Rage 2 Coins. I now feel BAMBOOZLED.
As a Rage original lover, this game is appalling. Not even close to the original and the tone is completely lost. Crazy to even call this a sequel. It should be a seperate franchise of game honestly and if it were, it might actually be ok. The DLCs are also manipulative, Deluxe Edition doesn't even include all the DLC, Cult of the Death God is a bait to OG players and don't even get me started on how rage coins are even a thing... Aside the above, the only good recommendation for this game is that it is fun to play with some satisfying and unique combat. The game unfortunately is soulless but if you're in it solely for gameplay that is the only reason I would pick this up..
