Reviews
Quebec Mortis is a pico-8 minimalist take on many game types defined throughout the years The last episode dropped and we have : Survival horror Western Sci-fi And fantastic rpg The games are relatively short. Made to be finished in one or two settings. If you understand French I recommend it cause there's even more charm to it, but English is also top notch. The gameplay, while simple (by design) is comforting and I feel, it pushes you to finish each episode . I'd say the whole episodes (not linked play in any order ) are in a crescendo of excellences. While episode 1 shine in the story département , I would say episode 3 is my favorite for its difficulty and exploration . The achievements aren't just finish the game , they have some depths to it. If Quebec mortis was a movie it would be called a film d'auteur and not a blockbuster . You need to understand it's made by one passionate creator. Once you get on board with his vision, the result is really fun and fresh
Really fun experience, you can finish it in one sitting and it's great. Pay attention to everything you interact with because it will come in handy at some point.

4 episodes 4 gameplays a lots of reference from quebec like st-tite and bicoline every story is unique and funny and each gameplay is unique my favorite was the episode 3 a metroidvania in space
