I don't understand why this game is not very well known but I really enjoyed the gameplay ans story. I wish there's another part for this game.
Perhaps Remedy's most underrated game to exist. Yet such a fun experience thanks to the manipulation of time which spiced the combat system in particular up. It was one of the few games that was super fun and easy to "platinum". If we ignore the final boss fight, that is. Admittedly poorly optimized for the computer — the stutters, those that were not intended by the game itself, are annoying to get by as they often stack during performance heavy sections. However, I got through it eventually. Now for the cinematic sections. I am a sucker for Remedy's addition of liveaction content, but I must admit that I can fully understand why other players were frustrated with the liveaction episodes between the... well, gameplay episodes. While they add to the plot, I watched all of them once I played through the game because I could not sit through twenty to thirty minutes worth of an episode. Not because of a lack of attention span, but rather because of the gameplay immersion. It is worth to watch them, though! While the first episode is a boring watch, the others make up for it.
meh, gameplay is little boring, live-action cutscenes is like low budgets movie and it kills the vibe.
If time is an egg, then that egg is... broken!
