Absolute Choroszcz!
Eerie and engaging short game, it's very edgy but in a fun way! The story is simple but with a nice twist, although the dialogue could get really repetitive at times, without elaborating anything. Otherwise the game is very ambient with solid intrigue and tension all along. I especially adore the graphics, that VHS style is amazing and enhances the horror very well. Admittedly certain parts messed a lot with my motion sickness, so I'm actually grateful it isn't long lol. Still entertaining and I liked the player involvement in the beginning!
Game had a lot of potential and was very creepy, unfortunately kept crashing at the same checkpoint so I couldn't play it fully :(
СИМУЛЯТОР МОЕГО ИДЕАЛЬНОГО СВИДАНИЯ
While it's barely a game, it's an interesting concept, and I like the way it pushed the envelope to sort of test the limits of what the player is willing to become offended by. There is at least some variety even though it's extremely linear and you can't "lose" in the traditional sense of the word.
Супер кайф. Но никакая боль, которую испытала Джейн, не сравнится с той, что испытываешь при вождении этого лагучего автомобиля по пути на кладбище
good game, unnerving and lovely story writing - dialogue was dragged on at some points. would recommend, as it does spark debate related to real world ( death penalty ) could it be better? yes - but it has its strong points! recommend
It was alright, better than the mixed reviews would lead you to believe.
Cooles aber verstörendes Game!
Well, I'm somewhat on the fence with this one, it a controversial one for sure. PA starts off as a weird psychological test (or a psychopaty assesment I guess) and then it throws you right into a first person story, you know, just like other new retro style horror games that have come out recently. Thing is you either dig or you don't. There isn't really much to do other than just follow how the story develops, which is short btw, and then it has a twist ending, which ain't not to special either. There's one particular moment, which I guess it's the one everyone is or will talk about, that comes off as tacky and exploitative. You see, this game's "horror" comes from shock value and that's where I kinda feel a little bit outside the loop. While I do get where the creator was trying to do with it, you know, if you feel horrified with that scene then I guess the game has actually succeded in what it was trying to do, it still feels sort of desperate and low on effort. I guess this is ok as a proof of concept or a demo, but other than that, Psychopath Assesment has nothing special going, not even the story. It is a short, odd horror experience that will put you to the test but nothing other than that. 3/5
